Location was perfect for where we needed to be, staff were friendly and food was amazing

No proper light in the bedroom, only lamps to which one was broken, so the lighting was fairly dim. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly as when we moved the bed there was food underneath, also hair under the cover when lifted to get into bed.

I’ve stayed there a few times. It is perfectly placed for games at Old Trafford, both the cricket and football grounds. There is excellent parking and plenty of space. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We chose to have the buffet breakfast on this stay. It was plentiful and replenished often and we had no issues finding a seat, despite there being a large coach party staying. Would we stay again? Of course.

I booked over 4 months before my stay and still got a room that had absolutely no view, except of an air filter duct. As a returning customer, I would’ve expected a little better. The room could do with a bit of a deep clean. The vent in the bathroom, often overlooked, was filthy.

Great location for Old Trafford and the new developments on Salford Quays. And just across the road from Quay Exchange tram stop for the ten minute ride into ventral Manchester. Good bar and breakfast. Big car park. Hotel is a bit dated but the beds are comfortable and the curtains black out. Bathroom works well. Rooms made up every day. Good at the price.

Beds though comfortable do roll about when you sit on them. Rooms need more ventilation. Decor could do with refreshing.

The hotel was very clean, with a fresh welcoming scent greeting you on entering the main reception. The Iced cucumber water was a nice touch and very much appreciated on our arrival in reception, just what we needed on the hot day. Friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out and thank you to the breakfast, front of house gentleman Thealdo. He engaged with everyone in a warm professional manner. The hotel is in a super location. Offering free parking for guests. And with the tram service only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, it's perfect to travel hassle free into the city centre.

The fridge could have been colder, but there was nothing I didn't like.

Very lovley hotel, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Beds are very comfatble, with a TV. The Room was very clean and offered room service all through the night untill early hours.

The only thing that let us down, was having no air conditioning or even a fan, room was very hot on a summer night and the windows couldn't open fully, curtains where heavy and thick and would not let any air in from the windows, so could barley sleep. Tried to take a cold shower and the water was warm, it didn't go very cold. We didn't get much of a view outside of the window, our view was just a brick roof right outside.

Great location, perfect for a Manchester United fan and central to everywhere we needed, we didn’t book a specific floor or view type but we have a fabulous top floor room with view over the quay! We were surprised how luxurious the hotel was for how much we paid! Amazing. All the staff greet you with a smile and are very helpful and polite, we already planning our next stay for longer this time! They make sure you set up your reg plate for complimentary parking which was useful as I was worried about how to sort that on arrival.

Nothing, can’t fault the hotel, staff or location.

We stayed for soccer aid at Old Trafford. The venue was a 10 minute walk, which was ideal. The room was comfortable. Weather was absolutely outstanding, which made the room a little on the hot side, but there was a fan in the room, which was a very welcome surprise. Staff were friendly and helpful. I really wish I'd caught the name of the girl on the bar on the night of the Champions League final. She was a genuine pleasure. We were served with a smile and some friendly banter, nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Absolutely stunning service and exceptional facilities. The staff took care to ensure I had a very quiet room. They could not have done more to assist us. The complimentary bar drink was an amazing touch - quite unexpected (not something they push on their marketing literature), but just a genuine gesture to guests to show they appreciate the custom! Quite unasked for and very, very appreciated by us. They give free 24 hour parking and the hotel is very convenient to the tram stop for trips into the city. The vegetarian breakfast was excellent - proper quality quorn sausages (not the vegetable mush rubbish you get at other 'higher star' places. Smoothies, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt and a full cooked breakfast (as much as you want), plus fresh pancake station, took this hotel over and above our expectations. I'm never going to want to stay anywhere else in Manchester. For its location, it was spectacular and very, very quiet overnight so we had a great night's sleep. The shower was very powerful (we had a bath too!) and the bathroom complimentry products were all of the highest quality. Iron, dressing gowns, thick towels and a safe and fridge in room. Great TV screen too.

All good! Maybe consider adding sports channels given the location?

We were really impressed how clean and professional all was. Friendly staff members and great place in general to stay the night. Room was great too with an amazing view and was feeling really comfortable in it. We were welcomed with complimentary drink vouchers on arrival so that was a nice gesture from hotel. As we were attending event at O2 Victoria Warehouse, this hotel was only 10 min walk from there. Definitely recommend it. Thank you.

Don’t really have anything I didn’t like about this place.

Hotel is well located within walking distance of Old Trafford and across the road from the Tram Station which makes the City Centre easily accessible. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was very handy for keeping drinks cool as we were lucky enough to experience warm weather during our stay.

Décor throughout the hotel is dated. The bathroom sink in the room had separate taps rather than a mixer tap with the cold tap being very cold and the hot tap being very hot. This wasn't a deal breaker for us but could imagine that could be inconvenient for other guests. There were two hairdryers in the room, one fixed to the wall in the bathroom and one fixed to the wall next to the dressing table in the room, neither would have been sufficient to dry my hair so I'm glad I brought my own!
