Liked the proximity to the motorway, lovely green surrounding the hotel. Love that they're happy to have dogs. They also had some gluten free food upon request, which was ideal.

Our bathroom could have been better maintained. It appeared to be a wheelchair accessible one and the layout was therefore geared for that I.E lowered sink etc. However I felt that the general cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. We let housekeeping know but we were checking out on that date so did not follow up

Booked with Booking.com and we were upgraded to a king size room for free. Did not have breakfast, we booked the hotel as we were due to sail from Southampton Port the next day. Location was very convenient and easy to find. We would book again!

Complimentary parking because we booked through booking.com. Lovely and clean, good-sized room. Modern room. Good in-room facilities.. iron & ironing board and kettle with tea/coffee/uht milk (no bottle of water to use though, unless you're expected to use bathroom tap water?). Nice shower. Lovely bathroom magnified mirror. Kids east free (breakfast). Swift check in and out. Lovely overall

Wifi network not secured - didn't use for this reason. Noticed the bathroom vent had a lot of dust in it (this was only place dust was noticed though and barely an issue). Water comes out of shower area, maybe just need to be a bit more cafeful as its not fully enclosed.

Really nice hotel which we would expect from a Double Tree Hilton. Clean, large twin room and the twin beds were really big and comfortable. Super shower. Went to a concert at The Broadlands Estate in Romsey which is about a 15 minute drive so the location was great. Booked our taxi there and back in advance online from home. We didn't have breakfast but used the bar and the staff were lovely. Were able to have a late drink when we got back as well. Would stay here again.

Some bits of the hotel are looking a little jaded but overall a nice hotel and great staff.

most parts looked clean and fresh. Lovely greeting on reception from Marina, fabulous staff member Chin looked after us for lunch and breakfast. she epitomises what hospitality industry needs. food and beverage supervisor Chelsea was professional and obviously cares about her staff and customers. Dinner was disappointing only made better by John s service.

outside in need of updating ie decking and windows needed cleaning. lunch and breakfast were good and the service offered by Chin was impeccably, however the evening meal was marred by the poor service of manager Tom. we had booked a table but waited 20mins in queue to even be acknowledged and he had passed by, stood at the entrance point without even a smile! As a long serving employee of the travel industry I have experience to say he needs to attend some basic customer service skill training. Actually the Supervisor Chelsea is a great advocate of the Hilton brand and is of managerial material.

The room was really nice, the bed, very comfortable and all the staff very friendly and helpful

If I 'had' to mention anything at all then I would say that the nets in the restaurant windows would be better either removed or replaced for white ones as even if they were not dirty (and I have no reason to think that they were) they 'looked' that way due to the colour they probably were when new and had the 'appearance' of having been in a heavy smoking nightclub or house for years. That is all really nothing else, all good.

Very comfortable room. Good shower. Pleasant bar and dining room. Easy access for Cruise terminals.

Amazing customer service, that went above and beyond to help my family enjoy our short stay. We had been made to feel very welcome from the second we entered the building. The warm cookie a lovely and much needed treat after a long day! Food delivered to our room which had been tasty value for money and again great customer service. Breakfast a lovely environment, nothing had been too much and staff went above and beyond to help me feed my daughter who feeds via a tube. She had been so happy to eat the same as her parents.! Staff are so helpful, polite, friendly, welcoming and humble. Honestly 10/10 does just not give it the justice it deserves. Can't wait to come back.
