Ramada Airport Hotel Prague

Very friendly. Located next to the airport, with a shuttle bus to take you to the terminal. The restaurant looked good as well

Had major problems with hotel trying to pre-authorise a credit card. The hotel threatened to cancel the booking. The credit card provider said it was the hotel's fault for not following Mastercard rules. I was piggy in the middle. I phoned the hotel and they said they would hold the room - but it was all rather stressful. Now that the new ID procedures for credit cards used 'cardholder not present' are in place, this needs to be properly sorted!

Excellent position if you need fast access to/from Airport, the Hotel shuttle (for free) takes less than 10 minutes to go. Quiet surrounding, despite the distance from airport. Bus stop on the main road (1 minite walking), Line 319 and then Tram to City Centre that can be reached in 30-40 minutes. Car parking available (I don't know the cost). I didn't try breakfast. Very clean room; spacios bathroom (with shower). People at the reception always kind to provide information and make your visit to Prague easier.

Walls between rooms are a bit thin (I could hear somebody snoring at night).

We were very happy about free shuttle service,very convenient,if you need to travel the next day and only need to stay a night,staff was very nice.

We went to dinner at hotel restaurant,the first dish we ordered was pasta with tomato,basil,and crispy bacon,to be honest it looked horrible and tasted like ketchup,I would cross this dish out of the menu,we sent it back to kitchen and ordered different meal,waiter was very nice about it...I understand we paid for the convenience of the location,but it's quite expensive to stay for one night..

The room was nicely warmed up when I arrived, the bed was comfy. Bus stop to the city center was about a minute away and there is a complimentary shuttle to the airport if you ask for it. No restaurants around except the one in the hotel which I haven't tried. There is a shopping mall called OC Sestka nearby, if you walk, it will take you approx. 15 min to get there.

The tv was not working, but I was too tired to complain about it. I could also hear a person talking in a room next to me, so I suggest reviewing your soundproof systems as it is very important people can rest before their flight and not be bothered by any noise. Thank you.

The hotel is adjacent to the private Terminal 3 and 5 minutes from Terminal 1. The free shuttle is both welcome efficient and necessary. The rooms are good size with standard setup with a small desk. The beds are a bit firm but ok. Wifi was fast. Helpful reception. For an airport hotel it was fair value.

The hotel is a bit isolated so if you need some snacks best to bring some. Not sure of the restaurant hours. It can get a bit noisy when people depart for early flights ( as I did ) so if you want to sleep in best to ask for a quiet room.

This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. Very efficient website, nice person at the desk at 11:30 at night, efficiently dealt with and altogether a pleasant overnight stay. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Shuttle bus to another terminal good. Thank you Ramada! Pete

There could have been an opportunity for some food and drink which we didn't have as it was 11:30pm. Although there was a minbar, there wasn't much in there.

you have to pay for a bottle of water that’s normally offered for free on arrival in less star hotels. this must be the only Ramada I stayed in and paid for bottle of water. for some insignificant but I think it’s a good manners and custom to offer free bottle of water, this hotel isn’t cheap renovations were very noisy and early morning. Don’t bring any suggestions to the manager, he’s not willing to listen and will always say it’s the bosses above him and not him. he can’t do anything.

The hotel is on Terminal 3 and close to Terminal 1 and 2. It is not too far away from metro (10 min. drive). Shuttle was convenient and very fast. The bus stop is close to hotel and buses driving to metro stop every 5-10 minutes. Having the fridge in the room was a bonus. The room was a decent size with the high ceiling. Breakfast was good. Staff can speak few languages.

Would be great if it were more tv channels. The duvets could be too thin if it was the winter time. Found few sunflower seed shells on the carpet and in toilet too what wasn't a big problem of course.

Fabulous airport hotel for a decent, affordable price. Staff was very friendly, laid-back, and helpful: exactly what you need during the stress of traveling. I was very happy with their service in every way. Shuttle service to and from the airport terminals was terrific, fast and friendly. (Bus service to town is also available about every ten minutes, if you want to take public transportation, and the stop is located just 60 seconds' walk from the hotel). Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and modern. Beds very firm, which I like, and everything clean and comfortable. VERY basic snacks available, so it's best to bring your own with you, if you can, once the restaurant is closed (11pm, or in our case, local holidays). Breakfast was awesome. Large, clean place with great food and a lot of selections.

If you have an early morning flight, this is the perfect hotel to stay at. Easy to get to, free shuttle service. Restaurant on site. Good variety of food choices. It's a Ramada so there's nothing exceptional about the room. Perfectly serviceable and good for business travelers or the vacationers.

Nothing needed to be improved. Hotel met all of my expectations. Easy access and good shuttle service.
