The location was great, in a quiet residential area, but with many restaurants/shops and excellent public transportation. The staff was friendly and I didn't have any issues during my stay.

- the underground garage costs 700CZK per night, this is extremely overpriced. I recommend parking on the street in front of the hotel. - the breakfast hall was extremely busy on some days, you had to wait in line to get into the restaurant - the room was looking straight into the neighboring building, so there was absolutely no view on anything - the bar closed at midnight, which I think is quite early for a big hotel

Look no further, this is where you want to stay when in Prague!:) Super friendly helpful staff, comfy rooms and pillows, attention to details, cleanliness abounds, the food is excellent and the parking under the building is abundant, clean and secure! We highly recommend!

The only (small) complaint was the lack of enough staff on a busy Friday evening to register all the guests trying to book into the hotel. It was a long wait to get our rooms, but the service once we got to the counter until we left, days later, was above and beyond! See Richard at the front counter, he will not disappoint!

The hotel is at an appropriate level with everything that goes with it. We were please with the wide variety of choices at breakfeast. The hotel is not completely in the centre, but it is very easy accessible.

I must mention the poor service at the hotel reception. Despite the fact that there were plenty of desks open and we were second in line, we waited half an hour to check in. The ladies were really very slow. Nobody paid any attention to us at all, I have never experienced this at a similar hotel. When we went past the reception again we saw similar cases with other guests.

well situated within 20 mins to airport by car and 2-3 stops from the heart of Prague by subway--and a 2 minute walk to subway entrance. Very good and huge daily breakfast buffet. enjoyed several good dinners too in the Bull & Bonito. Very nice lounge staff. Nice, modern, very clean rooms. Not a "high-touch" place in terms of service if you're looking for that, but for $99 US including breakfast, seems one would be hard pressed to do better.

A minor complaint but there was nothing in rooms to help guide your hotel experience for things like wake-up calls, TV channels, etc. as is commonly found in most US hotels. But I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I liked the hotel a lot; I spent only one night there but the rooms are nice and clean (could be a little bit cleaner, look in the CONs). The hotel's position in the city was great because it was only 15 minutes from the airport by Uber.

Only two things to mention here, one important and the other not as much. I will start with the second one: the room could have been a bit cleaner - near the head of the bed, where there's not a lot of traffic, some hanging dust motes were present. Now for the more important aspect: the hotel employee who did our check-in took about 20 minutes to do it; it looked and felt like she was doing this for the first time; last thing she tried to do was find out if I had paid for the room, she couldn't find the fact that I paid through Booking; I had to tell her I want to go to my room and sleep and she can work on that until I check out in the morning. I can honestly say it was the worst experience I ever had while checking into a hotel.

The location is good, close to the bus station and subway station, it is easy to get to the tourist area and other places that need to be visited. I love the breakfast and the gym. The staff are professional and smiling.

I can't think of a place that needs to be greatly improved. The massage service on the seventh floor may consider extending the service hours, because there is no sauna service after six o'clock, and this schedule is a bit difficult for tourists.

Our experience was great - upon check in, we were given two welcome drink coupons and a discount for the parking. The room was clean, spacious and our request for single beds was accommodated, too. It had a good bar with friendly staff, as well. A really great hotel overall.

I'd expect a free parking for guests staying in the hotel, but it looks like most of the hotels we considered in Prague didn't have free parking as an option, so might be a local thing. Anyways, we were given a discount, so it's not a negative thing overall, just something you can expect.

The parking was too expensive. It’s not fair! More than 70 euro for just 2 nights. My car was not even at the parking all the time.

High quality hotel situated with great transport links to both the airport and the main city attractions (Catch 119 bus to metro line A, the hotel is two stops down. The main sites are one, two three and four stations on line A from Devijka station wich is next to the hotel [as are trams 20, 22 and 8). . Recently refurbished the hotel is very clean and tidy and hosts a nice bar on the ground floor. The room size is very good.

Very little. not a great fan of the square sinks, but this is a petty compliant.

Very happy with the staff, ease of check in, room condition, cleanliness. WiFi was one of the best I've ever experienced. Close to everything in the city.

Was surprised to see that there was no permanent laundry service in a hotel of this caliber. This would really have been handy in a hotel this size. Parking is overpriced at 30 EUR per night. But it is within the standard of the city and most importantly it gave the sense of security. The only complaint about the beverages was the coffee at breakfast. The machines made the "espresso" coffees way too watered down.
