Very nice property, clean and comfortable, reception staff welcoming and friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated but still fresh and clean. Breakfast was a total disaster. Was told no need to book but when we went to the restaurant we were told there was no space. When we did get a table it wasnt stable enough to have a drink on as it was wobbly and couldnt physically sit with legs under the table. We did manage to swap. When we went to get food, there was hardly anything left but was told it would be out in 1 minute, it was on its way, after standing there for 7 minutes and the rest of the food on my plate cold i gave up waiting. What food i did have was nice though. Also had to ask and wait for cups and glasses to be able to get a drink and ask for cutlery to eat food.

Location is the BEST!!!! On Sloane St with all boutiques, Pub, Harrods and easy access to taxis. Breakfast was excellent!!! All kinds of cereals, breads, juices and a variety of hot dishes, like meats and eggs Excellent presentation and dining room. Staff was very good and pleasant Concierge services were essential for recommendations and suggestions. Zoltan was the best!!! Helpful, friendly and professional. The room was the weakest link in the hotel. If the rooms furniture could be updated, rugs, etc this hotel could be a 9 The size was good, bathroom small but updated. Room furniture was "tired". and the reason why the rating for the hotel goes down.

I know that there are mixed reviews but I think some context is needed. It’s a comfortable hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge; a few yards away from Harvey Nichols and opposite Louis Vuitton. It’s got some old fashioned charm such as the old switches but it is a bit rugged in areas. I honestly prefer this hotel to the replica/boring rooms of a travelodge or premier inn (it’s about the same price). Concierge kept our bag so we could explore whilst we were waiting for our room. Check in went smoothly. We asked for a quiet room and we’re given a higher floor with an amazing room overlooking Harrod’s. There was a good mix of food for breakfast such as a continental option and cooked breakfast option. There was also fresh fruit, pancakes and tea/coffee/juice. It was quiet when we went to breakfast but I understand it gets busy, I’d go either very early or much later in the morning to avoid the rush. The room was clean and fresh and within 10 minutes of getting into our room, reception called to check everything was to our satisfaction. Tea and coffee making facilities and water bottles were in the room. There is a tube station at the end of the road and bus stops very close by. It’s close to the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Harrods. We’d happily visit again!

The windows don’t open so reliant on air conditioning which overnight can be noisy. If refurbishment is carried out to update the rooms, some classic charm should be kept to avoid it turning into a bland holiday inn or travelodge.

The property was perfectly situated for us as we were going to a concert at Hyde Park but outwith that we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar - the outdoor seating area is very nice, albeit quite small but was always got a table no problem. Breakfast had a great choice of food. The room was clean and just what we needed, the views were fabulous. The shopping in the area was very good, as were the restaurants and bars. Also Knightsbridge tube station is right at the end of the road so perfect for us when we were heading back to Heathrow.

Checkin was awful . I arrived at 1.45pm and knew I was too early for check in but just wanted to leave luggage. I was told that as a treat I could check in immediately as long as I fill in the trip adviser form I said I would do it in the room but she said I couldn’t have the room unless I did it there and then. Jessica not a nice thing to do to a pleasant but weary traveller.

We were going to see Bruce Springsteen in Hyde Park so the location of the Millennium Knightsbridge was perfect only a 10-15 minute walk to the venue. The Breakfast was very good, the food tasty and plentiful

On arrival there was a long wait to check in, this was purely down to the number of people checking in which swamped the reception, however the check in staff were doing their best and I lay no blame on them, it wasn't the hotels fault so many people turned up at the same time, but if this is common you'll need some patience and be prepared for a wait.

The hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly. We only stayed one night but it is in a perfect location for exploring London- especially the likes of Harrods and many hi-end designer stores! Our room was a perfect size with a clean and functional en-suite. The bed was comfortable and the room contained everything you need. Breakfast was lovely too - just what was needed after night out!! All in all a lovely hotel.

The only downside was the proximity to the main road (which we knew at time of booking). Unfortunately it is used as a race track by the high end boy racers in their Lamborghinis and other posh cars. This makes a lot of noise and went on through the night. My advice would be book a room on a high floor to reduce this noise. This is not the hotel’s fault and will hopefully be dealt with in the future. We would still come back but would ask for a room on a higher floor

I recently stayed at Millennium Knightsbridge and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Omar at the hotel reception and Chrestina from the room service team. Both were very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and hope to return soon. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
