Beaufort House - Knightsbridge

It was very neat and the staff was most helpful and warm. They gave services that was beyond what was rewuired or listed. I was very very happy, me and my whole family.

Mattrasses were perfectly all-right, but 8 out of ten. Parking is an issue. You need to download the app, Parking through the night is not so expensive but during the day is expensive. Wonderful little food restaurants to all tastes and pockets around if you know where to look and some more expensive ones are obviously right around on the corners, it is stone through from Harrods. Uber is much better affordable than Taxi's and better in all aspects.

The management and the rest of the team member were wonderful. the were very friendly and helpful. the location of the property and the apartment. I will always stay in this property if I visit london and will recommend it to the rest of my family members and friends

The location was superb, and the four bedroom apartment was perfect for me and my family (we were 8 in total). The staff were polite and helpful, nd cleaned the apartment regularly. It was a great place for us to be based in for our family holiday.

One key thing I did not like was that there was one day I left a Do not Disturb sign on the door, but the housekeeping staff came into the apartment to clean anyway. Fortunately we were not there when they came in. I appreciate that they wanted to make sure the place was clean, but to me they violated a request for privacy.

Location is prime, very lovely and attentive staff, liked the design of the apartment.

The Mattress was the worst thing, didn’t feel comfortable, caused me lower back, nick and shoulders pain.

This apartment hotel is worth the money. I stayed there with friends (1 couple and 2 singles) and it was beyond our expectations. The reception staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in and stored our luggage to the time we checked out. It was a huge bonus to find a fridge and basket full of breakfast and snacktime goodies.

Nothing could have been better. The four of us wanted to stay in a room together and have space to hang out inside. The apartment was very spacious with 2 and a half bathrooms and a full-sized living room/dining room area that you would not expect to find in an apartment hotel.
