Cheval Knightsbridge

I would love to give this beautiful townhome MORE than a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect for our family while we were in London for the week. Easy access. We used Uber for transportation, and there was always a driver within less than 3 minutes. Delightful restaurants nearby. Close proximity to the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods. The office staff were welcoming and responded to all of our questions and needs.

There was nothing that we didn't like, even the washing machine and dryer! First Class all the way!

Cheval Knightsbridge is a place I'd definitely stay at again. The location, apartment and customer service is all top notch. In fact, the actual apartment itself would be an apartment I'd happily live in let alone rent for a few days. Random bonus point; I love the toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand-wash and hand cream all by a company called Arran. Absolutely beautiful smell and top quality.

There's not much I didn't like about the apartment. Maybe the colour of the chairs or some of the decorations. Other than that, I'd say it's a near perfect place to stay at.

it is allocate in perfect location and nearby all grocery shops, and luxury shops. the apartment quite large for three bedrooms with in suite toilets. My thanks to Mr. Kenneth, he was very helpful, arranged my checkout and manage my cargo even I was outport.

I stayed for 10 days at fourth floor with my family, during my stay on Third day the elevator was in maintenance for my remaining duration of 7 days, it was difficult to walk for four stories with kids and carrying bags to the apartment.

It was absolutely clean. The staff was very helpful. The townhouse we lived in had all facilities, down to the minimum detail.

It was slightly expensive for all the facilities provided. The wait time for checkout was a little longer as there was only one staff member and she was busy attending to another customer.

We stayed in a two-bedroom townhouse Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but the house is absolutely great in terms of value Full kitchen with everything you need There is a security gate, so no one is wandering around your doors. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay Would definitely stay again here if we visit London again

Amazing location - close enough for Harrods to be the corner shop. Everything we needed to prepare our meals. Beds comfortable and everything clean.

Ease of booking and check-in; fantastic location

Mattress was a little uncomfortable, felt like it could do with replacing (personally I prefer a firmer mattress)

Fantastic spacious apartment in great location. It was spotless clean and there were free provisions left for us- bread, smoked salmon, cheese, eggs, milk, water which was a lovely surprise . The beds were extremely comfortable .Plenty of towels were provided and apartment was serviced daily. Will absolutely stay here again,

Shower head was a little wobbly but this was not a problem for us

it was very clean & comfortable with very good facilities. It was ideal for a family stay & very conveniently located with a good range of eating & shopping places nearby. The staff were very helpful & accommodating. We would definitely use Cheval Knightsbridge again.

We only stayed for 1 night, I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
