Knightsbridge Hotel, Firmdale Hotels

The hotel is very quiet and at the same time very central. The staff are friendly and competent. We were treated very well by everyone The hotel has both comfort and soul. Looking forward to coming again

The breakfast is really good, but a little slow in terms of filling up. It's just an observation and not a complaint. It was really nice at the same time, because the atmosphere was so good. The staff were really friendly

I love the Firmdale chain but I hadn't stayed here before. It exceeded my expectations. My room was spotless, the service was excellent and the location was ideal - very centrally located but in a quiet, peaceful street so you got the best of both worlds.

I had to book during an extremely busy week so I was only able to get a single bed and it was expensive considering, but it would have been more reasonable any other week of the year and the room was actually cute and cosy so it was fine.

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of the reception and service teams. The furnishings of the rooms and public spaces were quirky yet totally functional and tastefully done.

Breakfast in the sitting room on Sunday was a train wreck. Too many people at the same time in such a boutique space. May need to consider a booking system as many people were very upset. Every other day was exceptional.

The hotel is situated just around the corner from Harrods and is really close to Knightsbridge tube station and the buses. The staff were exceptional and the room and bathroom were both spacious. Nice toiletries in the bathroom Bed was super comfy and great quality linens and towels

The breakfast is served in a drawing room/library and only has a couple of tables that are really suitable for dining. The service was very slow and the buffet was not replenished quickly enough for the standard of the hotel.

very nice hotel in the most amazing location, breakfast was also very good, They gave us a different room as opposite of our first room they were doing refurbishment and there was much noice, They were very accommodating. My friend got very sick during our trip and the housekeeping was so lovely and kind to her, Bringing her things to feel better. the location couldn’t be better. I don’t like the interior as it’s just not my taste, But the rooms were very clean.

the staff at the front desk could be friendlier, They were a bit grumpy.

Absolutely brilliant, a homely and comforting hotel which was a delight to stay at. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was beautifully prepared and good value for money as the portions were a good size. The bed was so comfortable, best nights sleep in ages! I would love to stay again.

Great decor, and location. Charming rooms and they serve a lovely breakfast. I love the charm of the small hotel.

At checkin I was told I had no reservation and after a bit of search they found it. Also they charged me unnecessarily and it took a few days to get my money back which was inconvenient.

Great location. Beautiful small cozy hotel. You feel you are at home. The staff is exceptional. Very nice decoration, comfortable bed and pillows. Great snacks and breakfast. I loved it.

What is missing is an out door space. A patio or balcony. Especially now that the weather in london is is quite hot for a long time throughout the year!! If there is a way to do it. You should!!!

The location is perfect, steps to everything and very quiet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

While the breakfast is delicious, the service was very inefficient and disorganized. Often the buffet was missing everything from glasses and spoons, the juice empty, etc. It took ages to order food and even longer for it to show up. Best to order the night before.

Liked the interior of the hotel, design was really nice, moodboards of the rooms at the entrance of the door supernice detail. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good, only little comment is that the seating area for breakfast is a bit small, doesn't have many tables, but you can sit on the sofa as well. Location is perfect if you want to stay in Knightsbridge
