Hotel Da Vinci

Location was superb and central for walking to all the places we wanted to go. Hotel was brimming in charm and room although small was surprisingly comfortable (fab beds!) and QUIET. (4th floor suite) We were greeted right away by charming and helpful staff who whisked our bags up to room immediately refusing a tip for doing so. Champagne & sweet treats welcomed us up in the room. It was a perfect birthday trip!! Many excellent restaurants steps away, we loved Au35 - wonderful chocolate soufflé - and the newer Clover restaurant. Excellent chef. Yummy Moules & Antiquares we loved. Walk easily to St Germain, jardin de Luxembourg, Louvre, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis, etc. Champs Elysees further but doable. Entire hotel neighborhood felt super safe for us which was important. All the staff made us feel welcome and at “home”. Oh and the spa!! The ideal remedy after a long day of walking.

We had a 7am fire alarm night one! Not a big deal. Was false alarm and all guests huddled in lobby in our plush Hotel robes! Bathtub was slow to drain but was a good shower within so we didn’t mind.

The staff is excellent and the decoration is amazing…

I think in general everything was ok but I believe the hotel is over rated because a hotel like that in London will have twice the size of the bedroom. the room was pretty but the bed wasn’t comfortable because they join together two single beds when we booked for a double bed but that is ok the worst part to be honest was the toilet basically there was no space to sit on the toilet. every time we want to use the toilet we had to open the shower doors so we could sit and put our legs in the shower base because there was just not space…

Location just perfect ,very kind staff.Allowed with animals,we were with our small dog.Stylish rooms with good bathroom cosmetic.Comfortable staying.Not so far Taxi and restaurants.Was done welcome drink,it’s very kind from Hotel.You can walk to Louvre around 5 minutes…

Small rooms,if you will come for longer time and you go shopping will be problem to storage it in the room.But when you book,please check the size(available 3 different). We EXTRA was asking changing bed linen after 3 day,it was not done and also soap and body lotion not done everyday,but it’s question to cleaning staff…

The location is superb. The breakfast is good. The bathroom is clean, with a nice shower. There was a bottle of champagne in the room as a "welcome token", which was also nice. I have stayed at the hotel a year ago, I would stay again.

My only complaint is that the price went high, including the breakfast, in comparison to one year ago. I think EUR 300 for dayle and EUR 22 for breakfast were expensive. Some hotels in the same location and with comparable ratings were a bit cheaper.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the location. The SPA was excellent for the day that we used it. The staff was courteous everyday and wanted to help any way they could with our arrangements. I appreciated the staff very much.

The price and the minibar in the room. It could be improved with better quality items for the price the room cost.

The rooms and lobby area are beautiful and luxurious. The location cannot be beat -- walking distance to the river, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, and the Musee d'Orsay. Don't miss the spa/pool in the basement of the hotel, which you have to reserve.

When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our assigned room, so we had to stay in a different room and then move, which was annoying. When we moved, we discovered we'd been in a more deluxe room. The new room was just as lovely but so small that it was hard to find a place to put our suitcases. Also, when I told the receptionist that the new room had no hair dryer, she expressed disbelief and no hairdryer appeared. Then they charged my credit card though I had already paid through Booking.com. They fixed that within a couple days, but again it was a bit annoying. Finally, the spa/pool was amazing but the water wasn't warm like a jacuzzi and we could find no way to turn it up.

The room was clean, very nice decorated. The staff at the reception was very polite and kind.

Its called spa hotel. Well I didn't realized that I must pre order the pool for a specific hour. So I have to plan in advance and when you are on a vacation traveling its not always possible.. on the other hand having the pool only for us was pretty nice. The room was very small. They didn't fill out all the things in the bathroom. We needed to ask a few times ( soap, conditioner, shower cap ect)

The room was small but beautiful and perfectly clean. Excellent location near st Germain de Pres. Lots of gorgeous little cafes and shops nearby. Really quiet room and comfortable bed so we had a great sleep. Would recommend

It costs€50 just to use the spa. Rooms very small but comfortable and really clean there were a few things we needed iron/ironing board/adapters but the staff were really helpful and got them for us no problem.

the whole experience from start to finish was amazing, staff were very friendly and explained everything very well, exclusive use if the spa was great, the hotel was in a fantastic location and the room soooo quiet which suited my and my partner very well. Lots of choice for breakfast and the location brilliant for sight seeing.

Room was just enough, shower was excellent, terrace off the room on the 6th floor was so peaceful. Weighted blankets!!! Spa was quite nice and relaxing and ability to book a massage was amazing (service was excellent). Breakfast included on our reservation and so perfect. Homesty bar for mid afternoon, situated just in the heart of shopping and next to the Louvre....AND it is a historic site for the thieving of Mona Lisa!!!! So glad we stayed here and the elegant hospitality.
