Good, helpful and attentive service. Good breakfast in a lovely appointed room.Rooms were also beautifully decorated and comfortable. attention to detail with three layers of curtains which created a total blackout and also kept the room warm from draughts.

For a Relais and Chateau Hotel, we expect there to be a proper pint of fresh milk in the fridge for coffee and tea. instead we were given measly little mass produced little tiny pots which you get at a 2 star hotel. Also we were only given 2 bottles of water when we checked in and these were never replenished on a daily basis. Again something I would never expect in a R and C hotel of this calibre (and room rate) Lastly the bathroom was cold because the towel rail does not work even though there was a switch. There doesn't seem to be any attempt to rectify this problem and the management just seem to accept it and hope that the guests just live with it.

the small little things like no replace of water bottle, is annoying and not standard for a RC 5 etoiles hotel

thé location is ideal and the room is very nice and big.

there was no service, we have to handle our own luggage upon arrival and departure. found it a bit strange for this level of hotel. the staff that handling the check out request us to pay even we already made the payment since we made the booking.

Location is very nice, neighbourhood is very clean and beautiful. By a short walk you can get to Sein river or lux shopping. Also, you can have a longer walk and along the river it is 30-40min to Notre-Dame. Hotel itself is like a small club hotel, old building but very nicely renovated. My room was specious and nice interior. Clean, nice smelling. I did not checked anything about room service, but they do not have a restaurant. There is a restaurant next door, but booking must be done in advance.

It's a problem everywhere - shower. Low water steam and I would suggest to clean better the shower cabin.

We have stayed at this property many times. It is small and luxurious. It is very well located. The rooms are “different” in a very interesting way - a lot of imagination has gone into the layout and design.

Having stayed many times, it would have been nice to be “recognised” - surely a good booking system can alert the staff to returning customers?? The staff did not seem to know what was going on, much of the time. They were very polite and always fixed the problems but it would have been better if the problems (all due to poor coordination) had not occurred.

The hotel is stunning. Interior, location, service are on a very high level. It really worths every star! I feel there always as in my Parisian home. And people who work there are very friendly and truly nice, they give me every time warm, the most welcoming feeling! Thank you so much, I will come many times more!

The location was great - close to many great sites in Paris. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Access with a car was challenging because of construction in the opposite building. This should be temporary though.

the location was superb. the staff were excellent. the accommodation for a family of 2 adults and 2 children was perfect!

Staff outstanding: friendly, polite & helpful; really could not have done more to assist! Beautiful, spacious, superior room; impeccably maintained & presented! Delicious breakfast in gracious salon!
