what a perfect hotel in Paris! loved the location it was super close to restaurants, shopping, groceries and metro. The bed was super comfy and the view from the fifth floor of the room we got was beautiful. You felt local while staying in hotel. the staff was super nice and helpful. we loved the breakfast and the convenience of having a full hot breakfast with even some crepes available every morning definitely book with breakfast. the room was remodeled and they cleaned the room perfectly every day. it had AC available and a tv. the soaps in the bathroom were lovely smell and hot water every time no issues there. the internet also worked great and they even lend us an adapter for our electronics. it was an amazing stay I highly recommend and will stay here every time.

the room is tiny (it’s Paris though) and it being remodeled makes up for it. the elevator can take forever specially when there’s a lot of traffic but not really a major issue.

It was by far one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Europe till now . I usually hear that rooms in Paris are small but I booked the superior double room and it was excellent! Huge bathroom with bath, air conditioning worked really well all the time & there was hot water non stop that we really appreciated in this cold rainy December . It was a plus that they replaced the bottle of water daily, the coffee capsules, the sheets ! Staff was really friendly, they helped us with every need , more water, an umbrella every time we went out and different questions we asked 💯💯 I would definitely come back again and recommend the hotel to everyone planning on coming in Paris ..

the location is super cool! you can easily reach all main spots while living in a quiet and not overcrowded neighbourhood. the breakfast was ok and the staff was super friendly and helpful. it was warm and nice in the room despite rainy and windy weather. A/C was also working and blackout curtains are just fantastic for those who like to wake up late :) Generally a very nice hotel and worth coming back😉

the door to the bathroom was hard to open so you can easily stuck in the bathroom. the room itself is tiny as everywhere in Paris☺️ No drinking water in the room while it was indicated on all ads the water should be there. if you never used the coffee machine similar to the one in the room - you’ll struggle. although I was advised this is the common issue for many guests not to be able to use the machine - still no guidance in the room how to use it. if that is the common issue - better to make a short guidance and avoid any questions. But you can always ask at the reception and get an advice. so no big trouble

The room was small,but had all we needed - even had a pod coffee machine. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure was great. Was super hot whilst we stayed in Paris and aircon was really reliable. Didn’t have much to do with the reception staff other than picking up and dropping off the key, but they were attentive and friendly. Location was in the 8th so fairly central to most attractions and the hotel is on a quiet street. Came back to the room late several nights and felt very safe.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager sent the standard welcome email and asked for comments. I mentioned that room information (how to use internet, coffee maker, etc.) was found on phone, using QR code. I said some old folks like us can't figure that stuff out. The next day I was presented with a printed copy of room information. The manager read my comment and acted on my it immediately! I think that was great.

Room was small ... only one chair. But, I think we had to expect that.

The location is perfect, easy and central to navigate Paris with a delightful crepe cafe just next door. The rooms are comfortable and just what I needed for a work reservation - being out most of the day and very quite at night. Being a smaller hotel it was lovely to have such great personal service for any requests and the team were friendly and helpful.

If available, request a room facing the street if you would like windows and a view, as mine faced the interior stairwell.

A different staff member the next morning 9 August unhelpful and cold. The rest of the staff members were very good so it was a pity there was just one who lost your hotel a point Not the hotels fault but didn’t like getting charged double taxi price from Gard Du Nord station on arrival (€30) Only paid €15 onleaving by the taxi booked by your hotel thanks 👍👍

location was great and it was quiet outside, pleasant staff and lovely coffee and croissants available through day.

it could be noisy in rooms at night next door, we experienced people up all night making noise and watching TV so rooms not sound proofed

altough small (as expected in Paris) the bedroom and bathroom were imaculate clean. Eye for details I can appreciate such as small bottle of water each day, fresh coffee pads and decent tiles in the bathroom. No mold anywhere (you would be surpised how many times I see this in hotels) Nice staff , a place I would book again.

no instructions in the room how to connect on-line (password was scribbled on a post-it and was not really readable)

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very near to Madeleine metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. It was nice that you were able to make your own coffee/tea in the room. The breakfast was very good.

The only minus point is the size of the room: when reserving the room, we did not realize that we chose 12 m2 room - it is VERY SMALL for two persons. Luckily there are other options in his hotel.
