Fabulous location, would certainly stay in this hotel again, would recommend this hotel to my friends. Breakfast was buffet with good choices. We had a triple room which was ideal for three retired ladies. Staff were very pleasant and could not do enough for you. There are two Elevators in this hotel which was great

My only complain was the bed pillows - could have a better quality pillow. i would have no other complaints for this wonderful little hotel.

Be aware you are charged a city tax by bookings .com before you go on a credit card ....Then when leaving the hotel reception ask for the same amount again for the government (the same city tax) ..hotel was shocked when we showed them our print of paying this twice . Surely this is against the law by bookings .com

Room facing internal courtyard was perfect, beautifully decorated and very quiet. I loved the warm grey internal wall colouring that was balanced with wood tones and the room was a good size and served our stay of 4 days very well. I would have liked the breakfast to be included. It was extra but it was good and there was lots of choice and everything was super fresh. The overall interior of the hotel was very charming and very Parisian. It was in a Haussmann kind of building of that era, which made you feel like you were living the French lifestyle. I even loved the attention to detail in the gym where equipment had timber frames to co-ordinate with the pleasing decor. Staff were very helpful and attentive and we would stay there again but perhaps not in peak season, as prices are likely to be more affordable out of peak.

The breakfast was not included in the price and we thought it was.

The decor and atmosphere in the hotel are beautiful.Loved the old fashion glass elevator ! The location is fantastic and the staff were so friendly and professional. We felt very welcome. We were greeted by Roman at the front desk. We arrived as a large group. With a smile and a lot of patience, he made sure we all got we requested. Breakfast was very good. Delicious breads, fantastic french cheeses,eggs, fresh fruit, some veggies , a cappuccino machine and fresh pastry. Special note, we left our luggage for safekeeping and we forgot something in the room. They were so kind to put it in a bag and had it waiting for us with our luggage.. Really a great hotel

Everything was lovely. The lobby is charming! Our room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hair dryer was great, not a low voltage wimpy one! The location was well suited to the activities we planned, walkable to the opera house, the louvre, the l’orangerie, the gardens, shopping, restaurants and even walked along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower! But the best part of this hotel was the staff, they were kind, accommodating and helpful, professional but warm. I can’t overstate how wonderful they were and how much they contributed to our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and Rami, Lonny, Chantal and Muhammad.

The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice to have an ironing board in the room, but, that said I think they would send one up if you made a request..but this is the only thing I can think of! I really liked it all!

The staff were friendly and inviting as soon as we arrived ( long flight and it was 0830)..she recommended we start with their breakfast and leave our luggage until our room was ready. Gave us a time for he room and had a room for us when we returned. The elevator is unique and restored! The whole main floor has that boutique “Parisian” feeling in an updated way. The breakfast was great and the staff there were keeping everything very clean and organized.

I wish the towel warmer in the bathroom worked to help dry damp towels and clothes on a rainy day.

4 "high points": 1. Location: The city center location is amazing ... with easy waslking + convenient transport links to everything. 2. Hotel Size: The smaller size of the property makes it feel like a boutique hotel. Relationships are quickly formed with the staff. 3. Bathroom: Beautiful bathroom in Room 402 and 200% clean. Wonderful shower .... mirror with a sparkling material in the frame was great at night ... sophisticated cosmetic mirror ... decorative alcove with an attractive vase / pitcher. 4. Staff: Special thanks to: * Rossen: Consistently friendly & helpful, especially regarding my many questions regarding the manifestations/greves announced for Thu/17 FEB. * Roman: Greeted us on arrival on Tue/14 FEB ... and was SUPER in assisting when we were hurriedly departing earlier than planned on the morning of Fri/18 FEB.

Exceptional service! We needed a last minute stay because the previous one was dirty and had bugs. But the staff was so accommodating. They checked us in earlier and helped us with everything to make it a smooth check in. The hotel is clean and pretty. Breakfast was good. My husband forgot his wallet in the lobby and we were already on our way to the airport but they went out of their way to send us the wallet with a cab! This is what I call service! Highly recommended to stay here!

The location is central to the museums and major shopping malls. It was close to the metro too. The room was a nice size for the location and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Slippers were also provided.

Complimentary water was provided but it was the refillable kind and one of the bottles provided was dirty at the top. The toilet was not cleaned thoroughly as there was some residue. The door to the hotel room was close to the bed so you could hear everything from the hallway and people passing your room could hear everything too.

In general it is a good Hotel, the attention of all the staff, the breakfast and the situation are the most outstanding qualities.

The room is quite comfortable with the exception of an absolutely useless wardrobe. The safe is on the floor and does not work, the fridge is on the middle shelf, generating unpleasant heat inside the wardrobe, the rail for the clothes hangers is 15 cm from the door, so it is difficult to close it without crush hanging clothes… In short, a “prize” for the designer of this space!
