Everything, owner, Mr Uberto is super nice, helpful and friendly, the lady at the breakfast session is super nice and helpful too. It's like a 20mins walk from Bologna Centrale Station, away from Noise. Apartment is Cozy, Mr Uberto made good provisions for my 3yrs old daughter, she got her own space to sleep too. It was a modern apartment that is just enough for 3 of us ... Shops are around the corner, location seems to be somewhat an alley, even though it's a street ... It's crazy that the best food we tried in Italy was in the Chinese restaurant directly opposite Bologna Central Station... In all owner is Good and I will lodge here again...

Maybe the bathroom can be a bit bigger but I understand space is premium here and can't complain much.

Location was just perfect, in a quiet secondary street far away from the noisy traffic, but at the same time very close to the city center (5-10min by foot) and a few good local restaurants. Very rich breakfast and top cleanliness (rooms where cleaned every day!). Last but not least, a very professional and friendly host. I would only recommended it!

Maybe the room was somewhat small, but not that we really payed attention to the size when we booked, and we were around with slightly larger luggages than usually.. so I can't really complaint about it.

Uberto is a fantastic host! We agreed the time of arrival with him and he waited for us as agreed. Uberto described us the whole touristic places around as we went here to spend only 2 nights to know a bit the city before the further trip to Florence. His advices were perfect from touristic and gastronomic perspective. The hotel is nice, small and cosy. We were happy for the quality and cleanliness of the room. Tea and coffee were available for us. Location of the hotel is good as well, only 7-10 minutes on walk from the city hall. It was a possibility for leaving luggage in the hotel for the late departure, wich was a very nice gesture too. Thank you a lot for a such warm welcoming in Bologna!

Of course, Uberto who cares with everything there. He is super friendly, talkative and helpful. He recommended us so cool places and we visited all of them and ate in that restaurants or bars. I like the restoration of the way of that building and room decoration. Our breakfast was also good. For that money, cheese types can be increased.

For me, a quite far location and price- paying a lot for this old building. (my friend chose here for a night, and im not too much b&b person) For my friend within our trip, the best stay was here. :)

Uberto was an amazing host. He provided us with everything we would need to explore Bologna and enjoy the city. He’s an extremely friendly and welcoming guy who will respond to all requests and questions, regardless of the time. The room was spacious and in a lively part of the city. We had every Italian TV channel available through Sky. Small touches such as a free bottle of water on arrival are appreciated.

The shower hose was unpredictable if the pressure was high. The bed was slightly low.

We had a wonderful stay at Mua for a number of reasons. Upon check-in, the owner is very nice and helpful, he gave us tips for sightseeing and we could ask him questions about tours, he was also very accommodating and helped us store our bags after checkout. The place is clean and looks nice, its on a quiet street but within a nice 10-minute walk of the main square. The room was lovely with spacious large windows looking onto some rooftops and great blackout curtains. The rooms are also very high tech which takes a little getting used to, the lights are automatic when you come in or out (in addition to switches) and the air conditioning/heat also understands if the windows are open. Unbeknownst to us, there is housekeeping every day too! Overall, definitely stay here, Uberto is wonderful, it's a good price and an excellent place, quiet part of town but close to everything.

Uberto the Owner was very patient and plasent , explain everything need to know and more. Nice and quality breakfast. The room was like new in very good condition everything in place, very clean. Location was perfect , 10 -15 min to any location in historical place and near San Francisco church, 1 - 2 minutes to to all bars nightlife , we like it a lot 😀. Quit place on side alley. Very Friday people zone.

Conveniently located about 10 mins walk from main areas of town. Umberto was very friendly and helpful and always available should you need him. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily to a very good standard. Ideal place for a city break in Bologna as we wanted to be able to eat out, but saw the breakfast that was optional and it looked excellent and extensive. Very happy to recommend Mua.

Nothing to dislike.

The location is excellent- we could walk everywhere and come back to our room to cool since the AC worked great in hot summer days! It’s on a nice quiet street(pedestrian only)The owner Uberto was hospitable and explained what to see in Bologna

It’s a little difficult to find, there’s no obvious sign of the hotel. Also there is no elevator, although Uberto helped us carrying the luggages upstairs. We parked our car in a garage nearby which is convenient. The garage closes on Sunday, so we couldn’t take the car out until Monday.

Tasty modern decor and a very central position. Just 10/15 minutes walking to the main square and round the corner from a very lively area of the city with plenty of bars/restaurants. The owner has been very nice as well as the lady preparing breakfast. Breakfast was actually a pleasant surprise, as it was quite well done for the limited space available. The garage in the vicinity is pretty handy too (the fee includes access to the limited-traffic zone).
