Excellent location for city access. Stylish hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed..Will definitely return.

The hotel has a great location, just 5 min walking distance to the train station or to the center. There are many restaurants/cafes around the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is very spacious. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. We also had a cutish terrace. The staff was nice and friendly. Although the hotel decoration it’s nothing like the pictures on their website. To start with the hotel is not red like the name itself says it (Hotel Rosso), it has actually tones of blues at the entrance and in the lobby. The rooms are not at all as modern with modem deco like in their website or with the red tones.

I did not like at all the superheroes statues around the hotel. I found them very out of place especially for a hotel in Firenze and again, nothing like in their website. I thought it was very strange.

The hotel is small with good sized, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is quite abundant and good. The location is ideal as it is just across the square from the train station and is within very easy walking distance from the Duomo and main galleries and museums.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find as the sign says Garibaldi Blu not Hotel Rosso. I walked past it twice before realising that it was the correct hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant however there are plenty of restaurants all around it so that is not really problem. One gripe is that there was only one accessible electrical point in the room. Another one was practically inaccessible as it was behind the minibar. This is nowhere near enough.

When I arrived the hotel , staff said the room was overbooked and invited same group hotel named L.O. hotel which located just one minute walk . The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay in Frorence. I appreciate the hospitarity of hotel staffs.

Unfortunately, there are no USB charging outlets. I believe all the customers require to charge their smartphone.

We had a modern generous sized room overlooking the Piazza Santa Maria Novella with gorgeous views from our window. The room was clean, bed comfy and the bathroom was compact but with a good shower. The staff were really helpful in booking skip the line tickets to museums when we were struggling to get tickets ourselves. Good breakfast. The hotel is a really easy walk from the station and close enough to walk to everything you want to see in Florence.

ıt takes time to reach the room, becuse its combination of two hotels, the Rosso part is far behind. Bathrooms are too small, its hard to sit on closet, abd the showers are 90x90. its impossible to move. they are enough square meters but, very uncomfortable design had been made.

This hotel has a great location, especially if you're traveling by train. It's an easy walk to the main train station, as well as the major sights in Florence. The hotel has a unique interior design -- kind of modern medieval -- which was thought was pretty cool.

The shower is quite small without any place to store toiletries but on the floor of the shower, but it doesn't impede use of the shower at all. I found the bed too hard for my personal tastes.

Excellent location, staff, facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable, lobby is something to see! Would absolutely stay here again.

The sign from the street says Hotel Garibaldi Blu so we walked around a bit before we could find it. Otherwise, zero complaints, loved our stay.

High quality place. Easy access to the hotel and luxurious. The breakfast is a cut above move hotels in Florence, especially if you are looking for an American/Canadian style breakfast.

1) a minuscule shower, smaller than any place we have ever traveled to; 2) the room temp was too warm. Wish we could control the temp. We turned it off but heat is controlled externally. We had to the window and were bitten by a mosquito or two. Not a huge deal. It still deserves a 9/10 overall.

The location was terrific , jus 4 to 5 mins walk from santa maria novella train station. Customer service was great. Beautiful lobby with artsy decor n really nice scent as you walk into the lobby. Powerful air conditioning in the lobby and the room, heaven sent in the summer. Nice bfast spread. Part of the garibaldi blu hotel , they share the same lobby.

The room was small n just enough to sleep in for the night. The bathroom was also tiny. However ...for travellers this shud b ok as we were out most of the day n only back at nite to sleep.
