Hotel Ferretti

The room was fantastic overall, it was definitely worth the money! The bedsheets, blanket, floor and bathroom were all perfectly clean. The smart TV was also a bonus!

The room was smelling at times probably due to lack of ventilation but it was no problem after some time of entering the room. Another thing that could be improved was the quality of the mattress of the bed. It could've been a bit more comfortable.

very good location, a five minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and from the city historical centre with all the monuments and points of interest. The structure is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

the price was a bit high for a room in a démodé style with an external bathroom (private, though). however it was comfortable and I slept well. I appreciated the inclusion of an anti-mosquito tab.

It's an older structure just around the corner from Santa Maria Novella, very authentic which is just what I wanted. Extremely central and perfect for me who just wanted to get everywhere quick, and not spend a lot of time at my room but rather in the beautiful city of Florence! Staff was very helpful as well!

There was no cleaning and no towels or sheets were replaced during my stay. As the bathroom is shared, the cleanliness also depends on other guests, and their assistance is not a given!

Great Location, close to station and other attractions. Nice clean surroundings and safe neighborhoods . Staff is friendly and helped to arrange a microwave. Also allowed extra hour for checkout. Close to Indian restaurants and wash and dry laundry place.

Street noise from people having fun outside on the street. Have to take stairs to get to the room. Ceiling are high so lot of stairs to get to two floors . So make sure there is no heavy luggage to carry up.

I love the location; it's close to the train station but not too close, so it's not noisy. The receptionists are friendly. I like the shower inside my room.

I found out in the evening that the TV in my room was not working. I could turn it on, but it said there was no signal. Also, they provided an electric kettle and a cup, along with complimentary tea and sugar; however, I could not find any spoons, so I found it a bit weird.

The lady on reception was excellent was incredibly helpful and informative, I was allowed to leave my luggage after check-in, it was really appreciated. The location was great not too far from the train station and about a 5-10 min walk to the Duomo.

Nothing really, some of the decor and furniture was a little dated. the wifi was hit and miss, but for the price I paid it was completely acceptable.

The location is amazing, 5 minutes to get to the Duomo. The staff was really nice and friendly when we arrived the receptionist gave us a map of Florence and recommended to us some places. The room was clean and cozy and it even had a kettle for us to make tea. Overall, it really exceeded our expectations.

The walls are kinda thin and we could hear if the person from the other room was talking but for us it wasn't a big problem.

Old school building made it look antique. Huge ceiling fan to cool the room down. The window gave a decent view of the next building. Was able to get a taxi very early in the morning to get a ride to the airport.

No shower towel hooks to let them dry. No fridge kinda sucked. There was loose tile in my room.

I stayed with my son. We both liked the hotel. It is close to train station. You don't need to carry your luggage for long distances.We could enter our room at 12.00 despite the check in was at 14.30. We could sleep well the bed was OK. The room and the bathroom was clean enough. Don't expect a luxurious hotel but you can stay comfortably.

As it is an old building there is no elevator.
