The staff, the location, the breakfasts, cleanliness, everything but one buzzing ceiling light was great. So much is within easy walking distance that anyone who appreciates Italy or the Vatican would appreciate, plus the large square nearby had stores, restaurants, cafes, busses, taxis, and a Metro stop.

Only the ceiling light in the bathroom of room 102 was unpleasant as it was a loud steady buzz for at least twenty minutes after it was turned on. Then it would stop for at least 15 minutes, but it would start up again. We were told the alternating buzz could not be fixed while we were there.

The staff were very friendly and unfailingly helpful. The room was splendid with a very cosy bed and a really good shower.

The breakfast could have been better but it was perfectly adequate. The coffee in the jug tended to be on the cold side and one day the milk was definitely off. Also the room where we had breakfast was small and when all the tables were occupied there wasn't much room to move around. Everyone was good tempered and it was not a major issue.

Early check in. Personnel called us a day before to ask when we where arriving and made sure the room was ready for us. The room had a balcony and extra pillows and blankets. The room was very quiet even though we where right next to the front entrance.

The size of the main bed for the room compared to the size made the room feel small. The room was clean and modern. The balcony outside allowed you to look right into the next persons area, not a lot of privacy on the balcony.

The location was fantastic, allowing us to go out and return for a refresh before heading out for the evening! The location was so great, it felt that the Vatican was our "local"! The staff were always very friendly, approachable, and helpful!

Nothing - we were well looked after in a stunning location!

The location was great! Near the Vatican Museums and close to the metro station. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and the small balcony was a good extra. The room was cleaned everyday and was spotless! We would definitely stay here again.

We were happy with everything

The location is very close to the Vatican and lots of restaurants. The staff was so nice and our room was clean and spacious, the 2 bedroom suite. I arrived by car and needed parking. The parking garage is conveniently just a few feet away so my family and I didn’t need to walk far to get to the hotel, it was €35 per night for our SUV. The breakfast was ok, I appreciate the staff bringing it to the room. The AC worked great! Which was amazing because the first day we got to Rome is was very hot outside. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue we had was the WiFi not working our first night there, but the second day the WiFi worked great.

Location is right next to the vatican city - 5 minutes walk. Receptionist is very profesional, waited for us to arrive even though we came close to 11pm. Rooms are big and comfortable, bathroom is fully equipt and everything is new. Breakfast are very tasty and rich. I recommend this for your stay in Rome.

Excellent location and cleanliness. Breakfast was good. The room size was just ok. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The ventilation fan in one bathroom was not working the whole 4 days we stay there. It was kind of bothering us every time we used the bathroom for shower and restroom during the day.

Location was maybe 6 minute walk from the Vatican. Felt safe. Great place to stay when you're touring Vatican City. The staff was very kind. AC was excellent. Restaurants and grocery nearby.
