I loved everything about it. Close to all attractions and while there Pope Frances came to the window on November 1st for prayers. I am not very religious but this was actually very moving. I have to say I felt very safe here day and night. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while on holidays. House keeping every day and lovely toiletries for us... A little fridge in room. Coffee machine with free coffee pods. Staff were lovely, I blocked the safe the first day and it was not a problem, sorted immediatly. They were always very pleasent. I would highly recommend Vatican Style

There was honestly nothing I didn't like... There was work going on while we stayed but hand on heart it did not intefere with our amazing stay at all. Staff were apoligetic for the work but as I said it did not bother us at all.

Despite its unglamorous and inauspicious entrance (having spotted a paper sign stuck to the outside wall at street level to indicate that you have arrived at the hotel, you then have to buzz from outside to be let in and get into a cramped 2-person lift to the 4th floor) the room itself was of a surprisingly high standard with friendly staff on reception, a good-sized bed, great walk-in shower and quiet location. Ideally situated next to the Vatican so that you can join the queue early for the Basilica if you so wish. Good cafes and restaurants also nearby which aren't at all busy in the evenings once the Basilica has closed and the crowds have left. Highly recommended and good value.

Would have liked an English-language TV channel to catch up on the news. There's a small step down from the bathroom into the bedroom which can trip one up, especially in the dark at night.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was filling . The location can not be beat. I wanted a facility close to the Vatican and Vatican Stlyle delivered. We could walk to the Vatican in five minutes through very little traffic. Restaurants and shops were only minutes away.

We arrived early. They gave us the key and told us to come back at 2 pm. When we tried to open the door to the room, it did not open. Since there was no one at the desk, we had to call for assistance. The desk clerk arrived, and we simply had to push very hard to get the door to open. This should have been explained when we received the key.

The hotel and the room were absolutely beautiful. The shower... the shower alone was worth the money for me. The room was clean, the design of the room is great, i loved the shiny walls and the smart tv that I could easily broadcast videos to. It is very close to the vatican and other sites. The beds were super comfy although a bit narrow (we had two singles) but that did not stop me from having a great night sleep. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Breakfast. You have to select what you want and they bring it to the room on a tray. It was a decent enough breakfast but a bit odd of a system. The elevator is a bit narrow too so if you have tons of luggage you might need to go one at a time. Also very slow.

Okay, I am a quite experienced traveller, but I can surely say this hotel was AMAZING! I compared the prices when picking the hotel to stay during my first visit to Italy, and this place was just at the average price, not in the luxury segment, so I didn't expect much. However: The room was super comfy, modern, even equipped with a coffee machine and all the neccesities for the shower. The breakfast was stunning - the freshly baked waffles, croissants and pancakes with Nutella, jam and honey as well as the tastiest Italian Salami sausage, tea and juice (not bad in comparison to the ordinary buffet), all of that being brought to your room by the servant! It was a nice surprise, as usually I sleep during the breakfast time :-). The location - amazing, several minutes away from the Saint Peter's Cathedral, which is one of the most amazing places on the Earth I have been to! As for drawbacks - the heated towel rail was a little bit rusty, and our room didn't have the view on the cathedral, but it made no huge difference for me, everything else was perfect!

this property was was more of a bed & breakfast than a hotel ! there was not a reception or dining area to sit in which I thought there would be , but on saying that the rooms were immaculate & the staff were excellent,they were so helpful and all very pleasant overall value for money

first impressions i was a bit disappointed from the outside , because i was expecting a hotel front , which it was not ! it was more of a residential block of flats , but once inside the Vatican style rooms were allocated on the 4th floor and above !

It was a small hotel with only one floor of rooms (as far as I could tell) but that made me love it even more. The staff were so friendly, saying good morning and goodnight to us every day. The breakfast in bed was a very nice touch and the jacuzzi was DEFINITELY worth the extra bit of money. We used it every day, sometimes twice. Also, the location was perfect. It was right next to Vatican City and about 5-10min walk away from the Metro station. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Honestly nothing. It truly was amazing from start to finish.

Location to Vatican and St. Peter's.

Arrange for driver to pick us up at airport but was no show. They said they would store and put our luggage in room when ready but they left my laptop bag sitting out in the lobby all day. Bathroom had little to no room for storage of toiletries and to hang towels. There were no washcloths. Hotel was difficult to find. There was just a small plaque outside hotel and they did not provide any landmarks that would help identify the hotel entrance.

The hotel lives up to its name. It is maybe two blocks from the Vatican and near so many shops and dining spots. You can walk or use the local scooters to get anywhere you want to go. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony that had a small table where we had our morning coffee. The room was large enough for two, had a fridge and a desk area. The staff were so kind.

Its personal taste but the beds were too firm. We woke up with stiff necks daily. The bathrooms were a bit small and its hard to explain but there was a round metal disk in our bathroom that would leak shower water if something heavy was not on top of it. Flooded the bathroom the first time. The wifi was also horrible. We tried everything, they even let me sit at the front desk but it didn't work with my vpn. The staff did all they could though to try and help.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They arranged a great driver for an early morning trip to the airport. They printed off last minute documents from emails for travel. The location was perfect for a short stroll to the Vatican. Walking to other major attractions was longer but easy and not diffficult.
