You get what you pay for, for such reasonable money this was a perfect place to stay in Rome, Vatican city is right doors, and there’s a metro 5 minutes from the apartments that can take you to all the main attractions as well as the Termini station to take a train to airport or elsewhere. Staff were super helpful and nice, I was dealing with Anna and she answered all the questions I had and also allowed me to leave my bag in the room before check in. I definitely recommend this for people who aren’t to fussy about the quality 😊

the location of the B&B is exceptional, very close to the Vatican city and convenient to reach any location in city historical center. The view from the room is also great! The room is simple and there is some food available for breakfast. Self check-in is very convenient in case you arrive late in the evening

Explanation of how to self check in is a bit complex, but you will be able to do it with a few tries. We found some dirt in the room (nothing problematic) and we informed the owner but did not get response on the topic.

-The location was just perfect!! -Clean and spacious room. -Very helpful staff. -Vatican is a few steps away. -Really good price for what you get. -Was able to keep my luggage in the property on my last day before heading to the airport. Really enjoyed my stay there thank you!

-The digital key isn’t the easiest option, definitely prefer a physical key. -Shower needs some maintenance. -Window isn’t sound proof and could get a bit noisy at night (Window does not seal to the frame)

The location, for someone interested in going to the Vatican, is simply perfect. I did not expect to see St Peter's basilica from the window. It is simply great. Five minutes walk to the museums and tons of good restaurants around. The process of checking in and out is efficient. They solve all doubts quickly through messages politely and reasonably. The place is clean and comfortable.

I liked it all. I would have liked to stay longer.

first of all: LOCATION, I've been in Rome many times, actualy 8 times already, but this room was the best of all I had in last few years. View from the big window: Saint Peter's basilica dome, Vatican walls. This is why this room was so special. It was spacious, clean, easy to access (4th floor, but there is elevator). Host was helpful and friendly. Contact was excellent and from the very first moment I felt welcomed. Late check-in can be arranged. Also I could leave my luggage on departure day and take it later. This is huge benefit when your flight is late during the day. Room has small fridge, perfect to have your water chilled. Bed was comfy and sheets crisp and white. I hope to be back soon.

Shower door doesn't close completly and sometimes water was running out, but this is small issue simply fixed with towel. Other than that no problems.

The location right next to the Vatican is amazing. Few minutes from the tube Ottaviano

The system to open the doors of the main building and the doors of the room for the first time can appear complicated , also because if you run out of battery on your phone will be impossible to open the doors and get into the flat

The room was spacious and clean. Amazing location close to metro and many bus stops.

The only issue we had is that it’s a little hard to get in the apartment. The mobile phone controlled system doesn’t always work so I had to call the staff to ask to let me in. However Anna was ready to help and solved all our problems immediately.

The best location, 5 min walk to St. Peters cathedral, good italian restaurant right near the entrance. Wonderful view. Comfortable room, cosy, easy access. Friendly staff, ready to assist at every moment! Catch this accomodation with no doubt)

process of getting in the property. Automated doors are good idea, but we had problems with opening them due to recent changes ( as said by owner). and the name of the apartment in the building differed from what was shown in booking. that was a little bit confusing.
