Hotel Riazor Aeropuerto

There is a free shuttle from and to to the airport and it is a short ride. So perfect to stay the night after the international flight and get the domestic flight to Cancun the next morning.

The rooms were cleaned very well. We enjoyed that there was a market close by and stores to visit behind the hotel. Also a short walk to the metro. I love to swim and the pool was nice and very tidy. It was our 4th time at this hotel in 4 years and the hotel shuttle to and from the airport was great. We stayed in the king suite for 2 nights and the bed was definitely way more comfortable.

The noise from the carpet being replaced got annoying at times. A few nit picky cons I have though... 1) needs an ice machine somewhere in the hotel for guests to use. 2) a mini fridge would have been great. Asking for ice was a pain and would only get 2 solo cups full. 3) the TV doesn't have an option to change languages and being from another country I was stuck with only Netflix on my tablet.

It’s always nice. Always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good and the staff give excellent service. I really liked that in Terminal 2 of Mexico City airport there is a booth where you can request and wait for your ride of free shuttle. (Not the case in terminal 1 🫤)

Nothing really. My only complain and this might be a booking.com flaw is that when I looked up a hotel room for 2 adults and 1 child that included breakfast, the room that came up in the search didn’t actually include the breakfast of the child, and although there was an advisory of this, I didn’t see it until after I had booked the room. I wish that a room with all three breakfasts would come up in the search because I did put 2adults and 1 child.

The hotel is near the airport with free 24 hour shuttle. The room was comfortable and had a coffee maker. Nice towels and shower had hot water, although the water pressure is on the lighter side. Beautiful gym, pool and sauna. Strong and reliable internet. Close to Santa Anita subway station. Close to the Jamaica Flower Market. Water bottle refill machine in gym, and they give you fresh water bottles daily with housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty in the restaurant.

Overfilled pillows. No fridge in room. Not a ton of restaurants/activities within walking distance although there is lots of street food around here. Had to take subway/taxi/uber to get to tourist locations like the Zocalo and Chapultapec park. Taxi is super expensive, but Uber is much better. Subway is super cheap and the Santa Anita station is close.

The hotel was well-located, a few minutes drive from the airport, the restaurant had good food and the hotel room although a little dated was pretty comfortable for an overnight stay plus they have a shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, so it's really convenient. Also, I left my blazer jacket in the room and Jessica (one of the staff) was very helpful in making sure my blazer jacket was shipped back to me.

One thing to note: It can get packed in the van if there are several guests leaving at a certain time. You have to make sure that you arrive early so you get a seat in the van otherwise you'll have to wait.

I was only there for one day but it was enough to know that the facility is exceptional. The staff was attentive and most spoke at least a bit of English to match my bit of Spanish.. The room itself was roomie and comfortable and clean. It was one of the more comfortable hotel beds as well. I had asked for a quiet room and I did not hear a single noise all night. That says a lot for hotel rooms. There was every amenity you could think of including a face mask. The lobby restaurant was beautiful and the snapper entree in a saffron clam sauce was exquisite. The portion was very generous but I forced myself to eat it all! I had the breakfast buffet and unlike American offerings, this one included real food. Fresh fruit. Meats and cheeses. Bread and pastries for those who eat it There's also a 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby area. I did not have a chance to try that because of my schedule. My trip coincidentally coincided with the Day of the Dead celebration. Therefore the photo.

Being able to check back into same room after checking out, going to airport and not being allowed on the plane due to carrying "hazardous materials:" I rebooked the hotel. I was so grateful because I had been up since 4.30 am and was very tired. So this enabled me not to have to wait until 3 pm check in time. Service in restaurant was excellent. Buffet was adequate. DInner rolls were excellent. The pool.

1. Shuttle from airport. I had oversize luggage and it was difficult to move from one terminal to the other, where the hotel representative was so I was told to wait at gate 4. After 30 min in rain , no shuttle, whereas at least 2 shuttles of several hotel went by. So I and a porter had to walk to the other end of therminal to get a taxi. The cost of the porter plus the taxi cost almost half of what I had paid for the room. 2. Dinner items lacked flavour and imagination

The location near the airport was great, comfortable and clean room, nice pool and small gym, breakfast was simple but really nice.

We had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to pick us up. after three phone calls and 40 min waiting we were finally picked up. The hotel is located along a very busy road. To go to the center we were advised to take a cab arranged by the hotel but this was quite expensive (200 pesos). On the way back we found our way to the subway and that cost us 20 pesos for 2 adults and 2 children. The subway station was only 350m away from the hotel. The hotel could have suggested this option as well.

This hotel was super clean and close to the airport. I like that they had a cafe and a restaurant and so I was able to get a nice cup of coffee in the afternoon. We arrived early but the front desk person was able to check us in early, which was wonderful. The room was a good size and the beds were mostly comfortable. Also loved that the airport shuttle was free. Be sure to sign up for the shuttle at the front desk.

Even though I signed us up for the shuttle, the front desk person was unsure that we were registered on the morning of our departure. Thankfully it's a book and I was able to point out our room number. Otherwise, it was a good overnight stay.

Arriving in Mexico City Terminal 2, there is a small office where you can wait for the hotel transportation for pick up, I thought this was an excellent gesture. I was surprised at the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. Has a restaurant/bar with a decent menu, a cafeteria and room service (although the options were a bit limited right off the bat. I am sure they could cater to simple requests). Airport is 10 to 15 minutes away on the shuttle, and shuttle leaves for airport every hour. For pick up you have to arrange pick up and wait 10 minutes or so.

The only bad thing is that the elevators are somewhat small, but that is ok. The elevator barely fits the bell hop's cart and one adult.
