Location is the best, close to Disney theme parks, close to outlets, restaurant and stores. Acces to roads and ways to all sites.
The room is very dirty, during a week that we were staying they only cleaned 2 days. The day we arrived we reported that there was a cigarette butt on the carpet, but the front desk person told us that their housekipping doesn't clean the carpet, so they never picked it up. The room smells bad, in the kitchen area of the room there are cockroaches, we had to buy insecticide to eliminate them. One day when I saw that they didn't do room service, I asked for a broom and mop to clean myself, but they didn't provide it either. In summary, it is one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel, the rates were not low, the rooms are stinky and full of bugs and they are not cleaned. My family and I are very disappointed in this hotel that we chose.

when I arrive after mid night I was told that I did not have my reservation anymore , depute the fact I called to let them know the time of arrival . There was not an available room and was sent to a section of the hotel where they rent rooms by the hour with continuos noise. I tried to ask for my money back and I was told that if I used the first night I could not get my money back even that they did not have the room for me
