Easy check in process and affordable room prices. Still get privacy and have your own bathroom which is great! Lovely thoughtful touches from staff with towels, chocolate and bottles of water on the bed upon arrival.

My room was located next to the busy road and it's loud at night even with the door shut. I'm ok with noises but maybe not the best for sensitive sleepers unless they have good earplugs.

It was in the basement and the traffic noise was deafening and uncomfortable

The location is good and the staff is friendly

The room is smaller than in the pictures that they show in booking, also the conditions off the room are deplorable, the walls are dirty and the paint is falling apart, the windows are not doble so you will have noize the hole night, the towels that they give us where dirty, the mini fridge in the room was not working and the coming areas like the stairs where never clean, the same trash was there for more than a couple off days. I don't know why booking accept places like this one in the platform

The location is great.

We didn't like that before booking it said the wifi was great and it wasn't. We work remotely and we trusted the description. We tried contacting the staff to ask for a fan but never got one.

The pictures were not the reality of this place. They post a really nice pictures of the balcony with some Acapulco chairs and there weren't any there were a ton of mosquitoes when I got into the room. They take pictures with a fisheye zoom lens or something that makes the rooms look way bigger than they actually are. This will not be good for a couple I was the only person for my reservation and I think that I barely fit in the bed. And I am a petite person. When I got there a person who apparently lives there was the one who opened the door for me not even the people who were supposed to be in charge of the place. He said that he didn't speak Spanish and that he was going to look for the person in charge. I got there and they did not have my reservation once I finally got to my room I took a shower and the shower head was throwing water all over the place, the bathroom door is literally a piece of wood painted green it's not even an actual door. I was barefoot for maybe 2 minutes in the room and my feet were black due to the dirt that they didn't clean up before I got there. I think that maybe somebody bought the place and is trying to do a co-living thing for foreigners but they haven't finished remodeling and they're still running out the rooms if that's the case I think that maybe they should know it in their booking platforms so that you're aware. Did not like the experience the good thing is that I just needed a place to sleep I wasn't really going to spend the day or anything there. And I stayed there because it was my only option since all the hotel rooms that I looked up were fully booked I would not be staying there again. Maybe if you are into the co-living lifestyle and you're planning to meet people this could work for you but it wasn't what I was looking for.
