Hotel is nicely located. The spa room are a good value staff is efficient. (Jets are a little weak for pressure) but layout in the jacuzzi rooms is pretty nice. I had booked two separate rooms and the upgrade room was immediately waiting for me to move my things into without any delay. It's not noisy considering how close it is to the freeway. I would stay again. The staff were all helpful..

Staff is not friendly. You are attended as if in a prison. Behind bullet proof style glass. They close the lobby at 5 pm. "For your safety" What is that.

It was a big room
The bed was super uncomfortable… the pillows were horrible and didn’t have a proper comforter. Didn’t have a mini fridge and didn’t provide any bottled waters . They said they stopped giving waters since covid but that’s non sense. Every hotel should provide some water. Won’t come back because I even had nightmares with that horrible bed. Woke up with neck and back hurting like hell. They should have a decent bed, pillows and comforter for such a nice room, a fridge AND WATERS!!!
