Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport, an IHG Hotel

Good restaurant menu. Breakfast was delicious with many local choices. Room was much larger than expected and spotlessly clean. Excellent soundproofing. Staff were extremely helpful and even stepped in to prevent me being overcharged by the cab driver. Free airport shuttle. Holiday Inn is vastly superior to another airport-based hotel I stayed.

Details of free shuttle from the airport not adequately explained, so I wasted money on a cab. Location isn't super close to the airport, but it's not inconvenient.

We choose that location based on the combination of pricing, proximity and shuttle service to Mexico City International Airport. We had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. The breakfast is of the buffet type and a breakfast chef that can make you about anything you might desire. We also travel with a Cavalier King Charles ... which was accepted in the dining room and on the terrace outside in the morning for breakfast. This is a very pet friendly hotel.

Its was my 1st experience with holiday inn mexico Dali. Great and helpful staff for 24 hours, well clean and great location. In the last cheapest price . Airport Pickup and drop as well.

Overall is fine, But Breakfast was not provided by the hotel, I think they should start the this service as well. Staff should know learning well english . It really harder to explain them . One more thing is that , I was order the food from the same hotel down restaurant in room, They put extra service charges without any information. They informed room service charges. Thats it.

The hotel was comfortable and exceeded our expectations, Perfect Breakfast

The location is long way from the city centre and requires a taxi , we waited over 45 minutes for a Taxi booked by the hotel and decided in the end to find a taxi outside which was not easy.

The staff did amazing to attend to our needs even though we had just a short one night stay in our room. Very friendly and helpful. Spacious room that was clean with a great view. We were also able to get a crib placed in our room. The staff at the restaurant also were very friendly and assisted us as needed. Glad we could take the shuttle to/from the airport.

The staff went out of their way to serve me in English even though I struggled to speak Spanish with them at first. This is unusual for Mexico and it was really nice of them.

Air quality. I couldn't open any vents in my room, and cigarette smoke was seeping into my room from the adjacent room despite it being a non-smoking room.

Very convenient for those that are flying out from Mexico city the following morning or day. Hotel is about 5 minutes away to the airport during non peak hours and 15 minutes peak hours. Free shuttle service to the airport.

No privacy shower door, necessary when traveling with children.

very new modern, comfy. staff was very good, very helpful. shuttle to airport every hour.

there was a cockroach in the room. and the way the building is makes the noise echo in the center and you can hear a lot of noise at night.

I have stayed at the “Dali” many times over the last 14 years. On this booking I had booked two rooms as I was traveling with a friend. I had to cancel my room at last minute. No charge, exceptional c.s.
