Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The only problem we had was the shampoo and conditioner was taken out of our shower during our stay. They weren’t empty and nothing was put in its place so we were missing the shampoo our last day at the hotel. Also our plastic water bottles were removed and thrown away and we still needed them. But other than that all was great.

Location is good, public transportation is available about a block away. The hotel was clean all around. some of the staff is very nice the other ones no so much. The managers try very hard to keep everything in place but is obvious that they are not there 24/7. Thanks to the lady who works in the kitchen she was very friendly and try her best at her job.

The beds were in the hard side, personally I did not enjoy my sleep but that could be only a personal experience. The breakfast menu was okay most of us during my stay had to be asking for certain items and this happened every day of the stay. I did not like the attitude of some of the staff, personally i will give training to this people so that they remember they have a job because of travelers.

Staff was friendly and able to deal with my lack of Spanish. Day or night, they always found time to help me.

The internet was spotty but not so much as to frustrate my purpose.

We booked this to get over 16 hour jet lag so just needed comfort and hibernation. The breakfast was good, comfy bed and good facilities. It’s very close to the airport so good for our needs.

Everywhere we’ve stayed since has provided free filtered water (including hostels) so this would be been nice here. The water went hot and cold when showering.

Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. Loved the lady who cleaned my room for it was always happy and smiling. Glad I could have coffee as much as I wanted always.

I hate that you have to swipe the card to go to your floor. I wish you only had to swipe card to enter one's room. I also hated that someone has to open the gate of the parking lot... an automatic gate would be better!

Location is best for the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, just a walkingdistance. Grocery and restaurant is just across the hotel, no need to bring toiletries. Grateful for kind and helpful staff who speak English. It is clean and facilities are fair for the price.

The hotel looks new in the pictures but it's not.

Everything, form how i saw so much effort in keeping facilites cleaned, to the staff from the front desk to kitchen and the food was a wonderful Buffett.

Great place to stay. Very nice staff, room was clean , close to the airport, Basilica, El Zocalo, and plaza garibaldi. There is a supermarket right next to it.

The staff was extremely friendly!! The rooms are perfect, the restrooms are very clean and look great! Defined made me feel at home, it gave it an American Hotel feeling.

The ice machine was out. The vending machine only wanted exact change.
