This hotel offers great value for money; quiet, comfortable rooms, and a nice onsite restaurant. If you're looking for a clean, quite place to sleep, this will do! :) It is in a central location (right in the center of Mexico City) and convenient, but I would advise travellers to stay/walk on the main Reforma way/road as much as possible and avoid other streets because they are not as nice. Pros: - Room was spacious and clean - Bed was comfy, pillows were ok - Bathroom was spacious and toiletries were offered, towels are soft, hot water working fine - A/C in room was working good - Daily housekeeping was offered - Nothing went missing during our stay - Room was 100% quiet at night, no noise from the main street - Subway station 5 minutes away walking distance - Price was great; it was great value for money, considering the location, compared to other hotels nearby - Breakfast buffet on site was 10/10. We paid around $10-$15 for the buffet and it included chilaquiles, potatoes, scrambled eggs with ham, tiny sausages, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, honey, toppings, bread, cereal, different juices, coffee, tea, etc. It was very complete and delicious. - Hotel staff is very nice and will help you book tours if you require it (they offer local tours)

Cons: - Hotel deco is a bit outdated - Some streets (backstreets) towards the city center are not as nice and can feel very unsafe during night. We attended a Taylor Swift concert and on the way back to the hotel we decided to ride the subway. The 5 minute walk from the subway station to our hotel felt very unsafe and no local police/guards were in the area. Just grab a Taxi or Uber if it makes you feel more comfortable and safe. - Taxi fares (if you request a Taxi in the lobby) are higher than Uber prices. Would return again, if on a budget. If my budget allows it, I would try booking a nicer hotel a little bit more South on Ave. de La Reforma, which is the main street where nicer hotels are located (much more touristy and feels safer at night).

Great location, very central. Clean rooms. Decent facilities. Generally helpful staff (with the exception below).

We didn’t receive the rooms we had booked and one of the rooms only had one bed where the booking clearly stated 2 double beds. We pointed out that there were 4 people in that room and the reception staff told us to sleep 4 to a bed. That would have been interesting! Following an argument at reception where they initially refused to put in an extra bed, they subsequently did. So all ended fine but we should have been able to avoid this unpleasant experience. The rooms though large were quite dark and lacking in natural light.

I was mostly at work so I can't say much, was only at the hotel just to sleep. The surrounding area feels dangerous at night. No issue for me because I mostly used uber bit i wouldnt go walking at night in that area

location was great it is very dark in the room , but that was ok for sleeping / reconverting from long haul flights the pool area is nice

there was a misunderstanding when booking a mini van with the hotels driver. even though I told the hotel which airport we needed to get to , somehow the driver took us to the wrong one, and then left us there as he had another fare. luckily we were able to take an Uber to the other airport (40minutes away) . it was an honest mistake by the hotel but we spent money unnecessarily

We are photographers and came to CDMX to capture a wedding. The hotel is perfectly located 2 blocks away from the venue (and very centrical in general). Of all the hotels I checked, this one was almost the only one without "noise" in the reviews - and it indeed, was very quiet. Pros: - Excellent staff - exceptional, very welcoming and professional - Impeccably clean - the room was perfect and of 2 nights we stayed, we had the room cleaned both days. - Comfortable beds (although the pillows could be a bit smaller or vary) - Good Wifi - Quiet - could rest at night despite the hotel being located in the mere centre of CDMX. The price is very acceptable for all the services provided, would definitely come back Didn't get to try breakfast (there are nice restaurants near the hotel), but people say it's also good.

Everything was great but it's my personal thing that I like smaller/lower pillows - if you could add those to the pillow set that would be marvelous! But still my 10/10.

I had large room with spa and it was perfect, great to relax in after sight seeing all day. The fridge is an added bonus as many hotels don’t have these.

Nothing as great hotel, great position to explore this magnificent city with its stunning sculptures, yummy local food and watching local community dancing away to great local music,
