Hotel Lepanto Reforma

We stayed in this hotel for the Mexican Independence Day and it was a very good choice: close to everything and we even watched the fireworks from the hotel.

For some reason we weren’t given rooms with A/C even though we booked three rooms with A/C. When I talked to the receptionist, she was able to give us one room with an A/C, which raises an obvious question: why did we pay for three and only got one?

Well the hotel was nice, room spacious but stuff was exeptional. Our son got hight fever during our stay. I asked the repetionist on how to get to hospital and since then they organized everything. The trip to hospital even one of the stuff joined us to help with translation by he doctor and helped in pharmacy all on the house (which I still cannot believe). Pitty I cannot rate more on the staff. Definitelly recommended to families.

Very clean room with facilities including a working tv and coffee machine. No shortage of staff members to help with whichever issue. Bathroom was particularly tidy.

Not everyone (including receptionist and waitress) speaks English very well though I get by in Spanish. In addition, the bathroom cabin showed signs of leakage.

AWESOME CREW, I really enjoyed how nice the staff was, from the front desk to the maintenance staff. Restaurant is great, we loved to have dinner there and prices are fair, you will get a nice meal for a good price and with great service. The room was sparkly clean, I choose the suite with jacuzzi and it was amazing. Had a pleasant night without noise even though the room next door had 2 kids haha. Also I stayed there doing home office and internet was great, had no issues with my conferences, I really appreciate that for a really small price I could check out at 5pm which was the time I needed because of work. Overall good experience, really a good bussines/travel or /family vacation place to stay near by downtown Mexico City.

The hotel is awesome, just bare in mind that the neighborhood is quite dangerous. Please move in taxi or uber cause it's worth it. But just be careful no to be walking specially during night time.

It's a good value for money in Mexico city. We stay in a big room with two double beds and a triple deck beds. They also provide coffee filter machine with coffee and tea, which is rare in Mexico.

Nothing

The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main part of the old town. The area is not the greatest but felt no threat at all. The restaurant serves a breakfast which was good. Room was nice with tv and hot shower.

There is road noise if you stay at the front of the hotel.

Great value for money..staff was excellent..friendly, and very helpful.

There was a bit of leakage from the shower onto the floor..

Everything and the service was excelent

It was quite close to everything we wanted to tour around, the building was quite good looking

we didn’t realize the location wasn’t the best, but I guess that’s why it was a decent price

that there wasn’t an English menu for food (I know I’m in Mexico but still) and the fact that the smell of fried bacon and eggs wafted into my room somehow and woke me up every morning.
