Casa Lomah Hotel

Breakfast was brilliant. Location was lovely, It looks over a beautiful leafy square. Hosts were helpful. Hosts helped us to get a taxi to the airport. Room was a good size. Shampoo and conditioner provided.

It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in. Room wasn't cleaned or towels changed. Toilet bin was changed only when we requested it. Noisy as work was being done at the hotel when we stayed.

great location near two metro stations and a beautiful park, walking distance from landmarks in downtown, the staff were so friendly and helpful despite the fact that I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, extremely clean, beautiful design

the only thing I would have liked to be a bit better is breakfast. it was good but I prefer more variety. The hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator. fine for me but would not work for anyone with disabilities or difficulty walking.

the industrial loft-like rooms and bathroom are lovely. the terrace view was lush and beautiful. Felt somewhat secluded whilst in the middle of the city.

I didn’t love that it was 4 flights up atop a small boutique shopping center or that it was in the center of the city. To be fair, the proximity to various museums might be a plus for other travelers, I just prefer a more neighborhood vibe. *there was a sweet gentleman that helped me take my suitcases up and down the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend Casa Lomah to anyone with mobility issues. I really disliked the background check form - it wasn’t very user friendly for me to fill out from my phone and it also felt I was giving fat too much personal information to rent a room.

Casa Lomah is located in a very nice neighbourhood of Mexico City. In the same building there are shops, restaurants and a rooftop bar and just a few steps away there are more cafes and places to eat. It's located right next to a big and beautiful park and in the evening there is a lot of streetfood around. It's within walking distance to the Zócalo or the chinese quarter. There are busstops and a metro line right around the corner. The hotel is modern with a nice terrace and delicious authentic mexican breakfast is freshly prepared every morning. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The bed sheets didn't seem totally clean but once we asked about a change, the staff helped us right away.

This is easily one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is very central and is convenient to take the metro or an Uber. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to give you tips and information on what to do during your staff. The breakfast is another highlight, every day we were offered an authentic dish that was different from the day before, all very delicious! There are also options to have toast or cereal. The coffee we had was from Oaxaca and I looked forward to it every day :) This was my first time visit to Mexico City and they helped it make a very memorable stay. Highly recommend! Thanks!

The location could not be any better. The beautiful central park is right in front, with restaurants and cafes downstairs, the famous historical buildings are minutes away walking and you dont need to endure the Mexico City traffic in a taxi to go to those places. The temporary stores on sunday night local market was also happening right there. Breakfast was decent but coffee and water were always available. There is an awesome restaurant upstairs with views. This stay was one of my favourites in Mexico.

You have to walk many steps as this is located on 4th floor with no elevator so it can be tiring (not recommended for seniors or people with knee pain). Nothing works on the TV (Netflix, etc).

The breakfasts were delicious, with omelettes, chicken, yogurt and fruit. The staff was accommodating, they brought us a fan when we asked and stayed up late for our check in despite a very delayed flight. Also, appreciated the hammocks on the porch and the location was great!

The room gets immensely hot at night so you end up leaving the windows open which leads to mosquitos swarming us and biting all night. We solved this by asking for a fan towards the last couple of nights when the itching became intolerable, but it would have been nice to just have the fan available from the beginning.

The place is nice , you have space in the room. Comfortable beds and a good bathroom and shower. We did not have the breakfast beacause the service starts at 8.30 and we wanted to make the most of the day so we found many places around easily. It is walking distances to many different things and also easy to pick any kind of transportation you want to use. There are different things happening in the streets around every day. We stayed on a sunday and all day there were drums from a religious event next door. But we were out exploring so no problem. The staff is great. I do recomend it. We will definitly go back when we want to explore more of Mexico City. We walked easily to the Zocalo. Also Bellas Artes, different museums around loads of things to do and look. Also there is a little shop near for any drinks or snacks. Downstairs there is a coffee place there are little concept stores in the level underneath. Just great!

You have to be aware that you go up like 6 lots of stairs. I didnt read well anywhere so for my mother 73 it was doable but difficult we avoided going up and down. But not a bad things just to keep in mind if you have any mobility problems.

amazing place! Nice clean rooms, with extra towels (something you don’t see often in Mexico). Very good location in the square across the art palace, there is always a guard outside which makes you feel very safe. It’s a cute place with great vibes,very artistic! in the building there are amazing little shops with unique clothes and a lot of art! the people that work there are always smiling and happy to help. They serve a nice breakfast which was a happy surprise because we didn’t know it’s included.

just to know that doesn’t have fridge in the room or air conditioning, didn’t bother us at all because it wasn’t very hot and had a fan

Great, central location just next to Alameda park. We were very impressed about the look when we arrived. It’s in a renovated beautiful old house, with several trendy shops under it. There is a great rooftop bar above it. Beautiful, stylish amenities. Open and friendly staff, the owner has travelled a lot himself. Small breakfast was included, water and coffee always available. They allowed us to leave the luggage with them for a few hours (late flight) which we really appreciated.

Hot water wasn’t always available, also not during the times indicated, we had to ask for it. As the property is central, the buzzing streets around can be loud at night, recommend bringing ear plugs. There is no elevator but they help you with the luggage. The bed sheets were not fully clean and the bed was covered in the wrong way.
