The place is well located, the staff is friendly and the place is spacious, it is clean and comfortable, it has a washing machine and a restaurant, In your room they leave you a bottle of water and coffee, it has a microwave, minibar and outside it has shops like oxxo and seven eleven. It has air conditioning and hot water.

It lacks remodeling since the furniture looks old, nothing that a good upholstery does not solve, it does not have conditioner and the shampoo and cream could improve, the elevator is a little hidden, I think they are things that can improve to be able to have more people staying, they have good staff working and I think that helps a lot

Small, quiet hotel despite being in front of a big highway. There is not too much noise on the upper floors . Excellent breakfast package and food and drinks at the terrace bar. Very good value for money though Booking. I like that a bath robe was provided, no slippers, though.

Windows can not be open. Could not air the room. Windows need to be clean in rooms and terrace bar. Cleaning products too strong you could smell it and it was not nice. This is not a five-star hotel. No gym, no pool, no common areas, etc.

Very comfy bed. The room is very well equipped. Great shower. Excellent location. You have more than 20 restaurants in a 5-block radius. Amicable staff. I would like to specially mention Ruben from the Terraza restaurant. He was extremely helpful every day. The included breakfast was amazing. You have a choice from 7 different dishes, all combined with your selection of tea, coffee, orange or pomegranate juice, muesli and fresh fruit. This place truly punches above its price.

I don't want to take anything away from it's score because the place is great, but there are two small things I want to nitpick. First, the cleaning product they use for the floors smells absolutely terrible. Maybe It was my opinion, but they should consider a new product. Second, while the place has a gym, it is literally a small 1.5x1.5m space that has a treadmill, a bike, and a weight rack right next to each other. You can run, sure. But forget about using the weights, doing situps or even push-ups. Trust me, you can't do anything in that tiny room. Bring your bodylastic kit or get a temporary membership from the local gyms.

I spent 10 days at this hotel and I enjoyed it from the beginning till the end. For my purpose (business), the location of this hotel was perfect as I could avoid a heavy traffic if I did not have any meetings in the city center. Just 5 min walk to the Bosque de Chapultepec, Chapultepec castle and the Museo de Antopologia. The room was spacious with 2 rooms and a bathroom all for myself. I even had an "office desk" in addition to the big kitchen desk, which made it amazingly easy to properly work & have remote calls. As a bonus, I even had an amazing view toward the famous BBVA building. The airport pick up worked well, despite of almost 2 hours of delay of my flight that I could not inform them beforehand. Easy to call Uber to head to anywhere. The rooftop restaurant attended kindly to my request of having my breakfast cooked & delivered to the room on the previous day, as I had to leave the hotel quite early for several days. Just beside the hotel, there is a Seven Eleven for small snacks, SIM card, etc. Long story short, the best option if you intend to stay near the Bosque de Chapultepec.

I cannot think of anything bad :) Only challenge that I had was that the rooftop restaurant does not have a proper roof but rather open air with some shadows. So for the season in Mexico (rather autumn temperature), it was way too cold to have a breakfast without wearing a thick jacket.

Cute spot, good location. The staff members were super nice and helpful. The rooms were decorated very tasteful and stylish. There were a lot of little details that didn’t go unnoticed! We stayed in a suite and it had a washer / dryer / stove / fridge / full sized coffee pot. However, we didn’t use any of that because we had the very delicious breakfast that was included in the very beautiful restaurant. We were able to walk around the neighborhood at night and felt safe. thanks!

Everything about the property was great, but it is located on a busy street and the traffic was pretty loud throughout the night. I don’t think this can be avoided in any part of the city, however. They do provide ear plugs! :)

good location within walking distance to several districts and tourist destinations. Felt safe. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was good. Our room was quite spacious.

Our room was starting to show it’s age. Mexican length bed is a bit short for anyone over 6 feet tall. There’s a subtle bass thumping noise that was apparently coming from a nearby bar. It didn’t keep us awake but you could definitely hear it in the background at very random times.

Great location, near Chapultepek and in a safe area. The staff was really nice and willing to help us. We also used the driving service of the hotel once. The suite was big, huge bed, cleaning service every day. Nice Terrasa. Great view

Everything was pretty good. Just to note that the one time we visited the Terrasa, they couldn't serve some of the menu. Not enough light in the living room but most of the staying we were outside.

- very spacious room - really nice & helpful staff despite the language barrier - safe location - lots of amenities, water left for you on arrival, tea & coffee options in the room and lots of bathroom toiletries - very comfortable large bed - beautiful restaurant/ bar with great breakfast

- maybe it's because I stayed on a Saturday and there's not much the hotel room can do about it if the music wasn't coming from them but it was very noisy from around 4am - 7am which made it hard to go back to sleep even with ear plugs. I'm sure this doesn't happen on week days though & would still return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Silvia in the restaurant. The breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding. Great central location close to public transportation and many of the museums. It was just a short train ride from the downtown plaza. Its a short walk to La Reforma where there are a lot of very good restaurants. The room was very nice and comfortable with a great view of that part of the city. It had a full kitchenette and nice decor

The Wi-Fi in the room never really functioned. They gave us the login details of several different networks, only one of which ever worked with only a very weak signal that was not good for much of anything. I was able to plug my laptop into the ethernet cable so I was able to get fast internet service that way.

What a lovely hotel. Helpful staff check you in and out quickly. Lovely, spacious suite. Great location, two minutes from Reforma, two minutes from Chapultepec, three convenience stores and a restaurant thirty seconds away. Friendly staff in the bar. Soundproofed nicely (fifth floor of the Torre Música.) Considering just how close it is to the museums (10-15 minutes walk), Polanco (20 minutes), the metro (10-15 minutes), and Reforma (2 minutes) the value is superb. With a kitchen and fridge you can save a lot of money, too - lots of little stores nearby and a street market for vegetables 10 minutes away south of Reforma. I love this place except for the AC.

My room was too hot. Room 1501. The air conditioning unit above the bed was not enough. Room always over 20 C. Asleep with the cold air blowing on you, it's OK, but the work desk and kitchen/table area were just too hot. After a few days I got used to it. But if you are used to American style AC, you will struggle. Even with the street noise, I wish the window opened to cool it down. Other than that, this place is perfect. I will happily return and ask for a room with better AC because it is flawless otherwise.
