Lisbon Art Stay Apartments Baixa

The apartment was surprisingly big and the rooms are with bathroom. With kitchen and comfortable living room. Everything was great.

The floor is with wooden floor. We stayed on the second floor (M2) and we could hear every steps from upstairs. It was so loud as if someone was in our apartment. I got scared at the beginnig until I realized its from upstairs. Nothing they can do to solve this problem. So it would be best to stay on the top floor to avoid this noise.

The location is great. The breakfast was excellent with a great spread. Fresh orange juice . Quirky arty decor The bar/ restaurant of the hotel is a very happening one.

The size of the room is really small. Its like being put in a box. the side tables are so tiny and of no use because the bedside lamps are placed on it. We expected a small microwave in the room as it is called an aparthotel but disappointed when found it missing. The floor of the room did not feel or look clean. I think they switch off the air conditioning at night and it becomes hot and uncomfortable.

I have stayed at Lisbon Art Stay several times over several years. This was my first time booking a two bedroom apartment as I was travelling with friends. The room was very spacious, well laid out and beautifully decorated (very funky design and decor). Service at Lisbon Art is always great - consistently friendly and accommodating staff, always pleasant and friendly. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends several times. Any time I stay in Lisboa, I stay at Lisbon Art Stay. Love the place!

Absolutely nothing!

Great location, right in the CBD. Many restaurants are nearby. Closes to public transportation.

A bit noisy in the evening.

Greetings at reception were perfect, and the reception manager booked us in. There are fruit cakes and juice on the side for you. Everything felt very welcoming. The room we stayed was amazing, the decor is something out of this world, it's such a surprise not knowing what room you will have until you get there. Every detail in every room is well thought through from the floor to the ceiling. Each time you enter a room, you notice something different. We had breakfast included, and this was also above and beyond expectations. A large variety and such good quality food. Really something for everyone All the staff were so helpful they did more than any other place I have stayed in, and I travelled a lot over the years. This is a family run business, and you really. Can tell they have put their heart and soul into every detail possible. The location is perfect it close to everything you need in Lisbon. My only problem was I would like to have stayed longer than 2 nights, if I go back to Lisbon without doubt I will stay here again

The hotel has a central location, easy to find, near all the important landmarks in Lisbon. The apartment was comfortable, quiet as well. All in all, I would recommend it.

The staff was mainly unfriendly (with exceptions) which contradicted the nature of all the people we met in Lisbon, as well as the high rating the hotel has. So, we were unpleasantly surprised at check-in, because the previous mail communication was borderline perfect. Furthermore, when we had an issue and needed information with tourist visit to one of the monuments, we asked the girl in reception for help, and the answer we got was that there was information on google and it is right, and naturally the information was incorrect (and when you have limited days every info counts).. After that, we never asked for anything, not even for coffee capsules that were never replenished.

Best location

Lovely hotel with great facilities in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. Such cool decor, lovely staff, great atmosphere, great bars especially the rooftop one... The mushroom cocktail was delicious. Lovely touch of a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us. Daily pastel de nata on offer was a lovely treat. Comfortable rooms with very comfortable bed. Cleanliness was up there. Despite being in the very busy part of town the window shutters kept out the light and noise. The hotel was close to shops, restaurants, cafes, train and tram stops, tourist spots etc

Room was cosy / on the small side however, we weren't in there much. Only one pillow. Two complimentary Nespresso capsules on arrival and despite staff coming in daily to service the room they were never topped up. The information on the site states kitchenette but our room was too small for one, so slightly misleading and were a little disappointed to see we didn't have one but like I said we weren't in the room much. If we'd been staying longer than 4 days would be nice to have kitchenette as a break from eating out all the time Saying all that though I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to others.

The apartment was quite comfortable, if a bit Spartan. In addition to two bedrooms with televisions, there was a separate kitchen and living room, as well as three bathrooms with showers. The hotel staff was friendly, and there were always pastries and waters out in the lobby. The seventh floor, 7th floor bar and Restaurant (breakfast-only) were quite pretty as well. The location was very convenient, about two blocks from Commercial Square. We also appreciate the daily cleaning service and availability of tour booking services.

The bathrooms were ridiculously tiny. 5‘ x 5‘ at the most.

Super friendly, helpful and kind staff! This was a milestone birthday celebration for me and my twin. The staff noted this and they had a birthday note, balloons decorating the walls, a bottle of sparkling wine and cakes from a bakery awaiting us in the apartment when we checked in!! Incredibly thoughtful & kind!! The location was fantastic--right in the heart of the old town, easy walking to great cafes, restaurants and sites. Oh, and there is a super-cool bar at the top of the hotel/apartment building. Very fun and cool vibe inside & out (w/ great city views). Our waiter was fantastic--friendly and fun, while also professional. Unique and tasty cocktails as well. BTW, I work in the travel industry and stay at many many hotels around the globe. This is a really super place all around! Will be back to stay here again!!!
