Great location. Clean comfortable room with good AC.

Stairs made moving around challenging and there was often a wait for the elevator. Staff were very helpful managing the luggage.

Location great and staff excellent.

We had a room with a balcony which was on the top floor Level 5). The bed was positioned in front of the double doors to.the balcony - which was lovely. However, given it was on the top floor, the ceiling was full of low beams! We couldn't stand up! You had to be careful not to.bump your head coming out of the bathroom, getting clothes from your suitcase and getting out of one side of the bed. An awkward room. No real place to put your suitcase. Also, the bathroom didn't have ventilation, so fogged up for ages.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lift Boutique Hotel, and it was an absolute delight. The hotel's location couldn't be better; nestled in the heart of Lisbon, it offered easy access to all the monuments, restaurants and amenities the city has to offer. But what truly sets The Lift Boutique apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Dania. As a female solo traveler, her warm demeanor and genuine care made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. From providing valuable local tips to assisting with any inquiries, Dania's assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend this Hotel Boutique highly enough. Whether you're visiting Lisbon for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect choice for an unforgettable stay. Thank you to Dania and the entire staff for making my time here truly memorable. I look forward to returning soon.

Absolutely terrific staff. The kindness, attention and customer-oriented mindset by Diana and Carina were another level. On the first night of our stay, we were given the only available room, which we found quite disappointing. The second day, the staff bent backwards to move us to another, far far better room. This made our experience at the property extremely memorable. They spared no effort throughout our stay to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The location of the hotel and the room facilities were excellent.

Despite the first night’s disappointing room, the rest of our stay was delightful and we could not ask for better. Thanks again to the hotel’s team for doing such an outstanding job.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews. Walking into the lobby, I thought we had made a terrible mistake. Kind of old, dilapidated and had a funny smell. Our room was not ready for another couple hours, and the young lady helped put our bags and storage. Upon return, we were given a room that was actually on the other side of building. We had to leave the lobby, and after a 2 minute walk, we got the room. Couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner, more comfortable room. Everything the lobby was not. We tried to extend our stay, but they were fully committed for the following several days. Certainly a hotel I would return to.

The lobby left a lot to be desired, but I certainly didn't sleep there. The breakfast was average, but I don't expect a lot

stylish spaces, very central location. Good breakfast.

The hotel whatsapped me during the stay while we were out saying to let them know if I needed anything. I thought ‘good hotel service there’ and I responded saying I would appreciate the water bottle in our room being replenished and they responded saying I should do it myself by bringing the bottle down or fill it from the tap. This just made me think ‘don’t offer good service if you aren’t willing to deliver.’ it’s a tiny gripe, I know but it was a little annoying.

Location was great, central and near attractions (although would recommend staying in other neighborhoods if you want to really explore the city). The staff were so pleasant and helpful, some of the best service we experienced on our trip. There was a cute courtyard and cafe style area for food and drinks.

Room didn’t match to the photos, expected more but it was okay for 1 night. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the air conditioning made noises. Overall didn’t think it was worth the price but the location likely plays a bigger part in the price.

I travelled to Portugal in Aug 2023. Booked a one way ticket / no accommodations / first stop Lisbon. I found The Lift after arriving in the Baixa area. It is in the perfect location. Close to transport ( subway and train) and walking distance to the River. The Staff were friendly. My rooms ( stayed for my last day prior to flying out) were clean, the bed was comfortable and Street noise could not be heard. I’ll stay again when I visit Libon

The staff were exceptional, nothing was ever too much to ask! We had bad delays when travelling into lisbon and when we arrived we got our room upgraded to help with the disappointment (which it definitely did!) Everything was immaculate in the rooms, and the hotel was in such a great location, furthest we had to walk was around 20 mins to a few destinations but every other touristy location was around 10 mins walking!!

Location was excellent for walking the area. Room was lovely, but ceiling beams would be quite low for a tall person. Wifi was good, but could be patchy away from the door. Our room didn’t have a view, but from the small terrace you could stand tall and see the top of the tourist Lift next door (and the hotel wifi was available when we visited the top of the Lift!). Hotel was in the flat area of the city, so good for accessibility for my daughter (who uses a cane sometimes for hip problems).

The building had a damp smell at times. Foyer very small, not a place to linger. Also the cleaning staff often filled the building lift up with their equipment so we had to work around this if we wanted to get back up to our room for something (we were on the top floor). Bathroom was nice, but shower drain was partially blocked so risk of flooding the bathroom as the shower base only had a lip of about 1cm. Also the glass screen for the shower wasn’t wide enough, so lots of water splashed out and we had to use spare towels to dry the floor.
