The location was excellent. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, as well as the coffee, cake and port served at 5pm. Laura and Joao at the front desk were friendly and gave us great suggestions and helped with reservations.

The room was uncomfortably tiny, there was very little space to unpack and there was little privacy in the bathroom.

This property doesn’t look like much from the street, but when you get inside, it’s a whole different story. If you are the kind of traveler that doesn’t want to stay in a hotel you could stay in at home, and for a good value, you can’t beat Tempo FLH. Our room was literally alongside the Santa Justa Elevator…, in fact, it was outside our window. You could not ask for a better location in the historic heart of Lisbon. The room was exceptionally quiet, clean, and very well appointed. Breakfast was served in groups, giving you a choice of times to eat. This ensured that the breakfast room was never crowded, (thank you) and Covid precautions were in evidence throughout the hotel. The staff were wonderful and eager to be helpful and answer any questions we had. If you are looking for a unique experience for your visit to Lisbon check this place out. The price is right, the location perfect, and the breakfast and staff wonderful. OH, forgot to mention the beautiful double winked white marble bathroom. It was large and very very nice.

FLH stands for feels like home. This is certainly the case. The staff were amazing and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Coffee and tea was made available all day as was something sweet in the afternoon. It definately made me feel comfortable like I was at home. The rooms were spotless and the location was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot fault this hotel. The only thing I would mention, which is not in their control, are the buskers outside who can be a bit loud late into the night. Just bring earplugs and that problem is sorted if you encounter it.

We booked Tempo FLH hotel primarily because of its location, but we got so much more - a place where really Feels Like Home! Very friendly staff, newly decorated hotel, spotlessly clean rooms, the most amazing breakfast and the best location possible in Lisbon are all the reasons why we will definitely stay here again when we come to Portugal next time. The location is within walking distance of all major attractions and train stations. Everything inside the hotel is nice and clean, room is very comfortable and the living area on the 5th floor is really nice for chilling out.

Windows can be just a little bit more soundproofed, due to the busy street outside. Personally, we didn't have a problem with a little bit of noise.

After a long flight this was a great place to land. On arrival - check in was easy given there are 24/7 staff on site. Reception is on the top floor in the breakfast area and the rest of the rooms are below it - there is a lift to help you get your things upstairs. Renan was very helpful at check in (as were all the staff throughout the stay). The beds were comfy. Room was spotless and I didn't realise I had booked the option of breakfast so that was a nice surprise. Having breakfast in that lovely light filled room was always lovely and there was a good selection of wholesome things to eat before starting your day. Location is excellent. Rua Aurea is one of my favourite streets in Lisbon and such a close walk to Carmo, Bairro Alto, Baixa Chiado and Alfama. We were right next to the Santa Justa lift - some people may find it nosy with people lining up to go up at all times of day but the benefit of this is that you're often treated to a free concert from buskers you can listen to from the comfort of your bedroom which I always enjoyed 100% Recommend staying here and will definitely do so again if staying in Lisbon.

There was an excellent choice of food to cater for every taste at breakfast. The seating area was intimate without feeling cramp. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to the river and the vibrant squares and streets all around it. As tourists we were staying in the perfect place. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions and give directions and advice in how best to get to the various places of interest and good restaurants.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The staff were very friendly. I liked the reception area with tea/coffee and cake daily. The staff recommended good places to eat and ordered a taxi for us to be there when we headed to the airport. The room was clean and nice. The welcome letter and chocolates were very nice too. I would stay here again. It can be loud as it’s in a main area but the location is great. We walked to everything 10-20 minutes. Close to shopping, sites and main squares.

The room is small but cute. Two people can make it work.

The staff were really great and welcoming, especially when we arrived 5 hours before check in. We were able to drop off our bags and were called when our room was ready. The room was perfect for what we needed. The location is fantastic, and considering how central it is, we heard very little street noise (but we were on the 4th floor facing the street, not the Santa Justa lift, so this might make a difference) I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Great continental selection.

There wasn't much. A full length mirror would be great in the room. The noise in the corridor was a bit loud in the room at times, as there was a bit of a gap on the locking side of the door, but this was the only disruption, and definitely not enough to stop me from staying here again, or recommending.

We arrived early around noon and did an early check in. The staff is very nice and we were greeted at the elevator. (The reception is on the top floor.) the room was ready immediately. We got a free glass of port as a welcome drink. After that the host explained how to get to all the sights and printed a list of good restaurants. In the room there was a handwritten note welcoming us with a chocolate. The room itself was very roomy and modern. Even though it is right on the main shopping street and our window was next to a tourist elevator, it was very quiet inside. The breakfast is very nice although simple. In the evening we could go and drink some tea with a free piece of cake. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the price was certainly worth it.

Great location literally next to the iconic Lisbon Lift. Comfy loft space with tea, coffee and pastry available all the time. Wander up and make yourself a drink. Like they say, home from home. Staff super helpful we cannot praise Gabriel enough. He saved our holiday. Rooms are small, but well designed. Beds are comfortable. Shower hot, but the glass walls mean you look through from the bed to the toilet. But I guess if you are sharing a room it's probably nothing you haven't seen before!!

Double glazing was great, but it is city centre, so if you like the balcony door open you have to listen to the sometimes dubious busking!
