Excellent location near to nana station very clean and very quiet as well , The staff are very supportive , all hotel properties are covered by CCTV camera , At the reception they have allocated area for safety box in addition to the ones which is inside the room. Definitely my wife and i will be coming again it is very safe. Internet connection in the room is very fast.

Stayed here in 2018...the location was great and rooms were OK, considering it will only be used to rest at night. So we have returned for our revenge travel after the pandemic, and same experience over all as before.. Staff are accommodating as before...

Toothbrush and toothpaste not part of the free amenities anymore... Toilet has no exhaust fan.. And additional pillows have additional payments..

I had a very good stay. Friendly helpful staff, good price, nice rooms. There is everything you would need around hotel - lot’s of restaurants, bars, massage saloons, BTS, shopping mall, MacDonalds, nightlife and etc. 7/11 shop nearby is open 24 hours. Area is busy and at night bars play music that could be heard in some rooms. Keep that in mind (earplugs solve this perfectly) Hotel is different from others, as it provided good additional services: - did not ask to leave deposit for duration my stay (other hotels usually require) - I arrived at 9 a.m. in the morning, while check-in time is from 2 p.m. Hotel provided room free of charge for my early arrival (other hotels usually ask to pay for half day) - when leaving, I asked to store my bag for 7 days. They stored it for free (other hotels usually charge a fee) - safety boxes at reception which is safer option to keep documents and money Having a very reasonable price, I think this hotel is good choice

It's a great location for transportation anywhere and for restaurants and shopping. Perfect. The "nightlife" outside the hotel is overwhelming which is good if that's what you're looking for. Definitely not a "family-friendly" nightlife during the night. But, it's not dangerous. The staff in the hotel are wonderful. The little restauarant connected to the hotel is amazing. Extensive menu of anything you would want - Western or Thai. And all delicious. I'm always surprised at how good the cook is for a little place like this. And the prices are very reasonable. Very clean hotel and rooms. My only negative comment would be that the beds are hard. But it's never stopped me from sleeping because every night I'm so tired from a day of amazing sights and unbearable heat and therefore a hard mattress doesn't hinder my sleep at all.

The only thing that could be better would be softer beds. But it's a small thing in comparison to the advantage this hotel has.

My second stay here after an excellent first stay back in February. This is probably the only hotel I'll stay at in Bangkok from now on. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and they look after you to make sure you're safe, especially if you bring any "friends" back to your room. They require them to have valid I'd and there's cctv too so you can really feel secure. Room is lovely and location is great! Restaurant is decent too and staff even carry your bags to your room and are always on call to help. Security and porters on the door. I can't emphasise enough how good this is especially in the area its in near nana plaza. Keep it up guys, outstanding hotel!

The location is perfect. Many shops and restaurants nearby. 3 mins to the Nana BTS station that makes it super easy to get around ( 3 stops to Central World and 4 stops to Siam). The staffs were beyond accommodating and friendly. We were staying with an infant and there was nothing I would complaint. The room is in good condition, spacious and well maintained. I stayed at a popular 5 star hotel prior to staying at Grand Business inn. That hotel didnt have hot water and the internet was weak. The hot water and internet at Grand Business Inn were perfect

Very convenient traveling from Suvannabhumi Airport. I took the airport link from the Airport to Phayathai station (45 Thb (1.5 USD /ticket) then 5 minutes walk to catch BTS skytrain to "Nana Station" (36 THB or 1 USD/ticket) and 3 minutes walk from the station. Extremely convenient and cost effective.

The bar across street was playing loud music until 1.30 am. Excellent for party goers. However, not so comfortable for the business traveller. If you are traveling for work, recommend the back room - not the room facing Sukhumvit 11 road.

Hotel nearby have 7-11, ATM Machine, money exchange, pharmacy, Bank, Bar, Street food. Super convenient, cross a road 3min walk you reach Nana Plaza BTS station, walk far a bit you have McDonald's, Burger King, shopping mall. All you need is within walking area can be reach and get it. Beside hotel also a restaurant and massage shop, easily get what you like Food and Massage.

Hotel opposite straight was a club, mostly will be busy and noisy until late night 2am. And there street food outside bar, might crowd even late 1am, many people still eating or wandering around the hotel area.

Location is perfect, just off Sukhumvit Road and literally 100m meters from Nana BTS station. I actually left and checked in again 5 days later so i downgraded my room for my second stay. The first room was superb. Very good size and everything i required. It also had a nice view down onto Soi 11, which was interesting.

On my second stay in my downgraded room, the A/C wasn't really working to full capacity (probably just needed servicing). I like my room very cold for sleeping but it was borderline too warm for me, although i'm sure for 95% of people it would have been fine. I didn't bother to report it because it was just about ok for me, and i'm not sure it could have been properly serviced while i was in the room, and i didn't really want to move out to another room. The "view" from the second room was bad as it was just overlooking the back of the hotel and a small alleyway below, with just the other side of the building to look at less than 10m away. But for a more "budget" room, i wasn't really expecting a wonderful view.

All the staff are friendly, professional and always smile. The hotel is so convenient, it s really really near with BTS Nana Station, 7-eleven and a lot of massage parlours (if you get tired after walking around bangkok). At night, you can have a simple dinner outside the hotel while observing people walking around in bangkok night. if you are lucky, some girls will approach and try to have a conversation with you (if you know what i mean). There’s a lot of bars and clubs around. So fun.
