Arte Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

I stayed with my two kids in a two bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and spacious. They loved the pool - especially at night with the lights and it was a good size. Breakfast was quite good and had an eggs-alent egg station. It is very close to a huge mall with an extensive range of dining options, as well as centrally located to two different train lines. The staff were obliging, friendly and very helpful and I cannot fault our choice to stay there. I looked at many places to stay in Bangkok and it was not an easy decision but I was beyond pleased for this choice of hotel for us. If I were to return, it would be an easy selection to stay again - whether alone or with the family.

Great value for money! Terminal 21, Asok BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Enjoyed my stay here. Unlike those hotels located around busy streets, I enjoy the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, and yet we are so close to the shopping malls, nice restaurants, and cafes, massages nearby. Definitely will consider to stay back here if I return to Bangkok again.

The rooms were not sound proof. Able to hear a bit of noise from the room next door.

its a nice hotel ,near terminal 21, the room was very clean and the room service was good ,the air-condition was noisy and you could not get a fan reduce ,it was freezing and we had to close it at night ,the water pressure was very good , we got parking to our car and the stuff were all very polite and kind..i would recommend it if you want to stay near terminal21 ...

i think the only thing that was disturbing was the air condition and the breakfast which didnt had enough food choices , i must mention that the stuff in the breakfast room did their best and were very kind but unfortunately this hotel need to improve the breakfast food selection.

It was close proximity to the station and the Terminal 21 mall. Short train ride to MBK mall which we really liked. Some good massage places in walking distance right at your door. 7eleven close by for a quick stop. Staff are really nice and accomodating. Boutique hotel is nice as it’s not overcrowded.

Only thing I can say is that the pool doesn’t have sun facing, if you like to tan. Otherwise is nice to relax, good gie views of the city. They have a big outdoor area with chairs.

It is located less than 5min stroll from Terminal 21 and lots of massage parlour and convenient stores in its vicinity. Hotel is away from main road hence quiet, no traffic noise. The beds are very comfy and clean. Bathtub, shower, toilet are clean and stocked with toiletries. Almost to 5* standard. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

My room was only available around 4pm that day. Was looking for earlier check in.

Would like more breakfast options, finishing of rooms were rough (still openings and unfinished places in the wall etc), A bagage room instead of leaving it in the middle of the entrance hall, taxi to AirPort was rather expsensive 500 baht instead of 400

Perfect location in the center of Sukhumvit/Asok, yet very quite. Modern hotel, rooms, bathroom. Even though my booking conditions specified no refund for the days I booked, I was allowed to change the date against a small fee.

Unfortunately, the water was lukewarm, far from hot.

the location is excellent. nestled around a busy area but not too commercialised, it was the right fit for our needs. easy access to both the bts and mrt stations too. with an excellent mall - terminal 21 just around the corner as well

Room was spacious, clean and had a closet, desk and nice bathroom. Bathroom had great water pressure, bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The location, Asoke is great too and this hotel is in the best Asoke / Sukumvit quadrant - ie close to all the best bars, restaurants and super close to Terminal 21 mall which is super convenient for food and if you need stuff like a SIM card. Also was 4 mins to the BTS and 7 mins to the Metro. The area feels nice and busy but the hotel is on a side street so was never too noise / felt too busy. The pool and roof were AMAZING, we really liked hanging out there. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely, they would always greet us as we came in. The hotel has a really nice entrance with fairy lights that I would love to walk through. Would 10/10 recommend.

Room could be a little bigger for the price. Insufficient hot water to fill bathtub Pool and gym opening times 9am to 9pm. Would be better to open from 7am. No shuttle service to Sukhumvit but the walk isn't too far
