Excellent location right next to Sukhumvit BTS and Terminal 21. Lots of nightlife, 7-11, vendors outside downstairs. Rooms are quiet and clean. Comfy beds. Rooftop pool is nice. Standard 4 star Sheraton branded hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Couldn’t figure out the bathtub drains, the stopper didn’t seem to work.

2-3 mins walk from Terminal 21 and BTS Asok - very convenient. Hotel staff was superbly friendly and they gave very good recommendations. Hotel Front Desk Manager was very nice to allow a VERY late checkout after 4pm knowing our flight was at night (on a Sunday). Room was spacious and meets the promotional photos on the website. WIFI was available and with good speed. Overall - the stay was fabulous & standard is definitely worth 4*.

Continental breakfast - hotel can look into expanding its selection with more varieties.

It is not possible to pay through Google Pay, which is a very important matter for me. The food and drinks were a bit expensive at the bar upstairs, there was no kind of ventilation in the roof, there was no separate, low lamp in the bathroom, the pool area was not well maintained

The breakfast items was served warm with plenty of choice. ALL the staff were extremely friendly. 5 minute walk to Asok BTS.

The A/C in the hotel was set too low, so you were cold all the time. Tea and coffee was not replenished in the room by the housekeeping staff, so we had to take extra while we were having breakfast. The roof top bar was closed with no indication when it was reopening.

Back after 3 years to my favourite hotel in Bangkok :) Staff friendly and efficient as usual, great breakfast, and the hotel hasn't lost that welcoming feeling I like.

The bar by the pool was closed, but that is quite understandable after 2 years of lockdown. I believe it's due to re-open in December

I really liked the staff, the location of the hotel and the breakfast

It is not possible to pay through Google Pay, which is a very important matter for me. The food and drinks were a bit expensive at the bar upstairs, there was no kind of ventilation in the roof, there was no separate, low lamp in the bathroom, the pool area was not well maintained

The breakfast items was served warm with plenty of choice. ALL the staff were extremely friendly. 5 minute walk to Asok BTS.

The A/C in the hotel was set too low, so you were cold all the time. Tea and coffee was not replenished in the room by the housekeeping staff, so we had to take extra while we were having breakfast. The roof top bar was closed with no indication when it was reopening.

Back after 3 years to my favourite hotel in Bangkok :) Staff friendly and efficient as usual, great breakfast, and the hotel hasn't lost that welcoming feeling I like.

The bar by the pool was closed, but that is quite understandable after 2 years of lockdown. I believe it's due to re-open in December
