Location fantastic if one wants to be in middle of Touristic area with access to 2 transit lines and Terminal 21 at Asok. Friendly staff reacted quickly when I had a problem with the TV. Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything that I needed. The entrance is on a side street and so was a bit insulated from the busyness of the area. Would recommend and would stay again.

The specifics of rooms was not clear on Booking.com and needed to pay 200 Baht more per night to have a window. Wasn't alot and I didn't mind but the details of the rooms was not easily discernable on this website. Something to check on if this concerns you.

The shower sprayer, could be re mounted to spray down into the bath tub, not spray to the end of the tub and then down on the floor.

Staff are polite and helpful. A 4-mins walk to BTS Asok station which is really convenient.

Mirror in the washroom has some stains on it. Slippers are expected to be given.

Get cheapest price through Booking.com. Location is good, two 7-11 nearby. Japanese, Korean, Thai and Western restaurants as well as street food along the way. Taxi and Grab can wait in front of hotel, just need to notify them to come into Soi 19. Massage shop nearby is cheap and provides excellent service. 3 minutes walk from Terminal 21 (Asok BTS station). Facilities stated provided and excellent service from reception to room cleaning service. Minibar provides basic beverage. Plenty of sockets for charging, water pressure is good, basic toiletries provided. Extra point: Staff help me to call taxi to airport that price is cheaper than Grab. Lobby has weighing machine which is good for travellers that take low cost flight.

Overall is good, just that door is a bit noisy when close up.

The economy rooms have no windows. Better to mention this in the ad. They propose you to take a more expensive room with windows when you arrive

Good quality structure. Great location within walking distance of both Bangkok subways (Bts and Mrt) Cozy room thanks to the numerous lights and electrical sockets placed everywhere for every possible need. The air conditioner is perfect, very quiet and does not throw the air at you.

I had booked a deluxe room (32 sqm. and equipped with a nice armchair) but I was given a nice but smaller room without an armchair. I gave up on demanding the replacement since I had by now placed all my things. At the time of starting the booking it appeared a price including free cancellation, but at the time of confirmation I was told to pay immediately or choose the possibility of changing my booking by paying a supplement. I found this incorrect. TV is very complicated and every time you leave the room you have to wait a lot and search for the desired channel again. So ask for a second card to always leave inserted.

Great location only a short walk to the Metro, BTS, Terminal 21 and countless other tourist attractions. No outside noise from the road.My room was of a great size, comfy bed, loved the kitchenette and full size fridge and freezer and the large bathroom. Good air conditioning.Only problems I had was there was only Luke warm water in the shower and I specifically asked for a quiet room. If the price is good I'd stay again

Location location location. Just 5 min walk to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Excellent in room facilities e.g. small kitchenette equipped with microwave oven, full size fridge and cutleries.

Sound proofing needs improvement. I am able to near noises coming from the corridor and room above. May be a concern from light sleeper. Hot water for showing was inadequate. Not a big issue with Bangkok's hot weather.

Location is so so near to Asoke BTS, easy to get anywhere, grab and taxi are available. Received a complimentary upgrade. Room is spacious, I am literally the most comfortable as I can be on my own. Love it. Felt sad to leave. Staffs are so nice and helpful throughout my stay.

You can hear noises from the other room but it’s not that bothersome to me at least. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. A good stay.
