The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok

The Hotel was great, the staff were lovely and friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is fantastic right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the sky train and underground stations. It really is right in the heart of the hustle bustle, but still keeps it's "Class".

The only issue I had was probably a personal one, the keep warm food at breakfast wasn't what I believe to be warm enough for me, and I also like to have a warm plate for my warm food. (The food it's self was fine, though not warm enough) This is why this Hotel didn't get a 10/10 this time.

Location of the hotel was perfect stayed many times before and it does not disappoint. Staff were amazing. Checked in very early 10.00am normal check in 2pm room was made available. Our flight was early evening and they offered us a late check out at no charge. Perfect 10/10

This hotel was very luxurious. It had all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast buffet was superb. There are a lot of choices and it's a good value. The rooftop pool was nice. It was a little old but overall we enjoyed it. The gym is really nice. There are a lot of options available for your workout. The location is fabulous, 7-11 across the street, and a really nice mall with a ton of food options on the last two levels. The staff is ready and willing to help you find any activity, get you a taxi, or make recommendations. Highly recommend.

I wish it was so expensive, but honestly, you get what you pay for. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities so it's to be expected.

Room is confortable, but needs renovations, and phone system is not working well. The location is simply perfect. Breakfast is really good, but I would suggest they cover buffet with Glass and make compulsory people to wear masks, this is a problem.

The fact that the buffet is fully exposed and as Masks is not mandatory, many children and adults feel its ok to cough all over the food. This stopped me from having breakfast a couple of times. Staff try to stop this but people do not follow.

Although the interior is a little dated (e.g. phone chargers). I have stayed at this location before. Very convenient and easy to find from BTS. The staff are great and would go out of their way to help in any way they can. Many thanks to the staff at the hotel entrance for helping me with my suitcase right when I stepped onto the property.

Comfortable hotel in great location in Sukhumvit area, steps away from the subway and the skytrain. Staff is very kind and helpful, they can also help in PCR arrangements. The room was spacy and well maintained, even though the design is relatively outdated. Wifi is strong and reliable.

The windows cannot be opened and it takes time to refresh the air with the aircon. Plus the aircon is quite loud, even if you put on lowest fan. From sustainability perspective they could do more (optional housekeeping, large toiletries instead of small tubes etc.).

Breakfast buffet that comes with complimentary use of westin club which serves unlimited beer and wines during evening cocktails. Excellent Breakfast spread which include variety fresh juices and wheatgrass and ginger. Superb location next to asok subway station and terminal 21 mall, also near to stretch of small massage shops, less than 10min walk to healthland. Gym with sauna and steambath was excellent . Concierge staff was helpful in our bookings with healthland massage. Provided us with umbrellas too during raining days. All other Hotel staff were very friendly too

Excellent location with many shops and restaurants around hotel. The staffs are friendly! Breakfast is very good. Tourism Services is very nice.

Suggestion: creat a free happy hour between 6:00pm-8:00pm. For the price of the daily rate it would be no big deal in the cost for the hotel but it would be a great value to customers.
