Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

Convenient location, a bit of a walk from Sukhumvit station but close to all the shopping.

Housekeeping did not clean my room. They slipped a note that I put a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door but there was no such sign available.

The location of the room was close to amenities. Convenience stores were nearby and access to the BTS was only a short walk away. There was a cafe nearby which served good food and hot coffee for those who wanted to venture out. The hotel restaurant served a good breakfast. There was also a menu available to order meals during the day and evening. These were all provided at reasonable costs, as was the alcohol available for purchase.

Galleria 12 offered a host of guest amenities that I found a breath of fresh air despite my previous world travels. From an amazing team of helpful, polite and genuinely warm staff, to a delicious breakfast each morning and 24 hour front desk service, I was impressed from the very get go. Paired with an unbelievable price for an amazing and fresh room, I felt genuinely lucky to call Galleria 12 home during my time in Bangkok.

There was not a single thing during my stay I disliked. Had there been I know with certainty the amazing staff would have made it right promptly.

The staff were very helpful and efficient even by Thai standards. It is in a cul de sac on Soi 12 so very quiet but still close to the Asok station and Terminal 21 which is a very good shopping mall with reasonable prices and 2 floors devoted mostly to eating places of different kinds. The room was spacious and lots of sockets also by the beds. Didn't try the pool or breakfast but there are two nice cafés in Soi 12. Good value for money, cheaper than Aspira 12 just across the road but same standard.

The way the shower functions is a little strange and the corridors are very dark.

The location is really close to the train station and Terminal 21. It is easy to access to the main road. I really love the bed and the pillows! I slept comfortably! The breakfast is good too. There are varieties of food to choose. We weren't able to use the pool, but it looks clean and nice. I love that they have smart TV and we can access to youtube or netflix. The shower is good. I would definitely check in again soon.

When they cleaned up our room, they did not give us another set of towels because the new set of towels are still not dry. So we waited until afternoon before they gave us a new set of towels. Not a big deal though.

There are many good hotels in Bangkok but when we define a good hotel we have to measure it by the staff and how they manage the hotel and guests services. This hotel is outstanding. Amazing clean rooms excellent staff who always look after you and your safety. They will go above and beyond to help. So for this reason this hotel gets a 10 score. Excellent location in the bustling area of Sukhumvit but slightly tucked into a small side road 2 minute walk from the hotel is Nana Station which is very handy. Also near the hotel is a seven eleven which is very handy when you don't feel like traveling too far for a beer or need to restock on supplies. A true gem of a hotel and I totally recommend. Wil be coming back September 23

I really enjoyed my stay here at Galleria 12, I stayed for 8 nights and it was good! As a solo traveller I found the location good, near Terminal 21 (shopping centre), BTS stop Asok and the area felt safe to me. The road to the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the main road and has different food stalls which change during the day if you want to catch a snack, the hotel also offers a free tuk tuk service if you don’t feel like walking. Despite some previous reviews. I found all staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The pool was also cleaned every 2-3 hours and well maintained. Room service was later in the day 12-3pm which I enjoyed as I personally like a bit of a lay in. Breakfast alternated daily so you always had something new to choose and fresh fruit.

It wasn’t a dislike but the road was a little bumpy so keep that in mind if you may struggle with mobility.

The location is quite near BTS Asok which is about 10 minutes walk. From hotel to bts station they have a tuktuk to take you almost there. Reception desk and concierge quite helpful. Room service for ice, water and soda until 12am, which is good for drinkers like us.

Room makeup is a bit slow,... came back in late afternoon room was still not clean-up. When they rushed to clean it when we were back, they forgot face towels, free water bottles and tissue box. Breakfast selection almost the same every morning and few selections. However breakfast place was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful.

Positively surprised! We were looking for a more affordable room and did not expect much. There is other hotels in similar or even higher price classes available which do not offer such a combination of good location and comfort. The room was surprisingly quiet and the swimminpool was a lot of fun for all of us. There's a small gym as well which should do its job for light exercise or muscle maintenance, don't expect a fully fleshed out gym tough. Breakfast was pretty good too, make sure to come early to get everything you want !

It was a bit hard to adjust the showers temperature, either it was boiling hot or to cold, but with a bit of patience it can be achieved. The Lan port in our room didn't work, but there is WiFi available. The TV s remote was a bit unusual to use and needed some experimentation to figure out.

The place was nice and tidy, personnel nice and the area quiet a few blocks away from the bigger road. Spacious room and all around well-kept atmosphere. Room service was quick, reasonable price and food was delicious. Shuttle tuk-tuk service to the end of the street was a nice plus.

We arrived at the breakfast an hour before it was over. Many of the things had run out and they did not fill them, such as fruit and tomatoes. On egg station there were only ham and onion left as toppings. They refilled the juice, noodles and bread but they run out quickly all over again.
