Get your breakfast elsewhere. Not worth the money. It was actually depressing.

I recently had an incredible time at a hotel in Istanbul that I just had to share. The hotel's location was fantastic as it was so close to famous places like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. It made exploring the city super easy and convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They even offered to match my hotel stay with my flight time for a small fee, which was really convenient. Their service was top-notch! One thing that really impressed me was how clean the rooms were. They were always spotless thanks to the hardworking and professional cleaning staff. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in such a tidy and well-maintained space. It was like a home away from home!

Great value for the price, but the heating system could be better and sports and movie channels on TV would be nice. Just a couple of suggestions to help you improve. Good luck!

This way my second stay at Divas Silver. The reasons behind coming back to this property are thanks to the warm welcome we always receive from the staff and their flexibility regarding the booking and room choice. The location and is also perfect (near the blue mosque) and easily accessible whether by metro, buses or taxis. Definitely my second home in Istanbul. Their prices as well are very reasonable compared to the services we got plus it’s very competitive to other hotels nearby. Shout out to the whole staff, particularly Yaccub and Rustam!

Actually a common issue in Istanbul. The uphills near the property. Consider taking a taxi when you arrive from the airport if you’re overloaded with luggage.

Very well located hotel close to two tram stations and 2 minutes from the Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Very good value for money. The room was clean, the housekeeper passed by every day, the room was well soundproofed, We would like to thank Yacup, Ali, Cevat, rusten for their efficiency, their availability at any time they work very well and delibar for his very good lunches and took care of us as a second mother. We will come back without hesitation if we go through Istanbul. Çok teşekkür ederim. Nihel and her friends reservation.

Everything was ok and I sincerely recommend this hotel

The location was great and easily accessible to the tram T1 (a good connection point) and close to great monuments (Ayasofya, Blue-mosque, etc..), nice shops, and good restaurants. The room was enough for someone who plans to spend the day in the city and get some rest at night. I also appreciate that the staff upgraded our stay, without asking for it, and for free, as they had empty slots during our stay period.

The hotel is on a hill. That is not suitable if the traveller is not ready to climb a street at a good angle (old people, heavy luggage, short breath etc..)

Location, location, location! It’s literally 5-10min walk from so many iconic places, mosques & museums, restaurants & supermarkets are minutes away, the room gets cleaned daily so its very clean, the balcony with sea view is absolutely breath taking, amazing view! The boys at reception are exceptional, very helpful, friendly & go above and beyond to accommodate to what you need in and out of the hotel, They will help with all your sight seeing and give you so many different options to suit your needs. I originally booked this hotel for 2 nights to see if I liked it well I ended up booking my whole stay at this hotel, I honestly highly recommend it and absolutely love everything about this hotel & the staff

The room was exactly what I wanted. A view of the old city, the Bosporus. There is enough room to sit and enjoy a coffee before beginning my wandering. The staff was helpful with tips and solutions. The lobby was a comfortable place to wait and always someone interesting to meet. Not a corporate cookie-cutter place, real Istanbul. I'll stay there next time I go.

The shower head could have been adjustable so it didn't spray over the shower door when placed in the holder. Not the hotel's fault but the mapping applications as well as taxi apps show the address as the next block over.

Great place to stay. Close to many important monuments like Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc. 5 min. walk. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful for all our needs. Generaly a nice 3 star hotel with good value for money.

Just a minor thing, like no paper cups in the room even though there is a water kettle in the room, but you can always ask the receptionist and they'll provide you with some.

Rustam and the whole reception crew are one awesome team. Always more than happy to help and they know everything about the city. Whatever you need they are here to help. I had a great room overlooking all of Istanbul with a great view to the nearby mosque. It was great to wake up to such a view every morning. Very peaceful are and only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. I recommend it.

An excellent hotel in the very historical center with friendly, helpful and professional people who work there. Affordable price. Clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. The location is ideal to see the main attractions of the city. I am satisfied with the choice of hotel, my recommendations
