Lady Diana Hotel

The breakfast spread was really fantastic and the location of the property was truly exceptional - just off the main thoroughfare and a 1-minute walking distance to the tramways & metro. Some of the major historical sites were just 2 - 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel also had a digital weighing machine for your luggage and also a bag wrapping service, during check-out.

There were no views from the hotel room which faced the back of another building...but excellent views from the rooftop restaurant. Some of the services had to be paid in cash like airport transfers, laundry etc.

Beyond all the usual things such as the food, the rooms and the cleanliness and location, the level of service is very high, we arrived relatively early and before the check in, the staff present at the place immediately acted to give us a room because I had a baby, took care of everything and gave us the room immediately. , We got a lot of help even during the stay in everything we needed. Level of service from another world, amazing and convenient location, and breathtaking views from the dining room.

I do not have anything specific, the hotel was amazing. Maybe the only thing that would point to him was that in the dining room there was no toaster and no variety of dairy products, but that's personal taste, the food was varied enough.

The staff were very careful. Especially Baden and Jafere. They have been a tremendously helpful. They are super courteous and professional. The cleanliness, nothing to say the housekeepers are fast efficient and above all bilingual. The hotel is close to tourist places at 300 meters. There is a breathtaking view from the 6th floor at the restaurant. Staff always ready to help. The price is well below the services offered by the Lady Diana hotel. If I have to return to Istanbul I would not hesitate a single second to book at the same place. They organized the PCR test and the shuttle for me. The breakfast must be improved, it is the black point of my stay yet the hotel deserves 5 stars. Thank you again a happy resident.

Extremely poor breakfast, i was only going for the watermelon fruit. Only instant machine coffee or nescafe. No espresso machine what a frustration for a coffee lover. The pillows are not comfortable.

The location is great. The hotel is just a few minutes from multiple attractive sites. The breakfast was really good, offering multiple options, and each morning they offer new hot meal options. They serve all meals in their rooftop facility. Fascinating view of the sea and historical buildings. The room was clean, also they were so generous to offer us a free room upgrade.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room and the elevator. Although, when we asked about it, the reason is due to the old structure of the region and it seems that other buildings in the neighborhood have the same problem. Nothing that the hotel can do anything about.

Many things: 1) Clean and new room 2) Excellent location 3) Hotel provided us a Deluxe room instead of Standard Double we booked for the same cost 4) Staff helped us a multiple times: linked our Istanbul cards to Hes codes, found an opened drug shop when we had an emergency, and in couple of other less important questions 5) Tasty food and great view at the restaurant

Only one minor thing was uncomfortable: Noise from the moving chairs at the restaurant. We lived on floor 5, right below the restaurant and when visitors moved chairs we could easily hear that.

Terrace restaurant - there were too many people smoking. For non-smokers there's only a part of the restaurant allocated, smoke still drifting through. Also non-smokers part is without view. just backs of adjacent buildings. The bed was rather small (particularly - short, I'm a regular height person, but my feet dangled in the air.

The location is excellent. Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfasts weren’t tasty, there are a lot of dishes, but most of them aren’t tasty. I didn’t like strange salads, meat and cheese. It would be great to have more dishes for breakfast, like omelette, scrambled eggs, pancakes, toasts... and also I needs to improve coffee machine.

Excellent location with one of the best views in Istanbul on Blue Mosque and Sophia Haga. Breakfast was exceptional with huge choices of cheeses, olives, yogurts, pastas, eggs, breads, fruits, cakes, et cetera with friendly and caring waiters. Although the room was not large, it was clean, quiet with A/C. The hotel additionally offered a spa, which provided an excellent service. The lobby has been constantly delivering soft drinks and sporadically snacks.

It is hard to find something to complain about, if so, I would expect a little bit more from the reception desk service to have 100% satisfaction.

Nice place, good beds, good price for the quality you get and very near all the big mosques as Hagia Sophia which is amazing!! The staff is very helpful, friendly and hospitale. Definitely coming back if we travel to Istanbul again.
