The location of hotel ia great, just few minutes walking from Sultanahmet square and in front od tram station. Breakfast is solid. Rooms are clean.

Rooms too small, there are no space around bed. Also the closet is small. There is no normal mirror, all mirrors are taned, and it very hard to get ready. Some rooms have view to garbage. And it was impossible to open window.

The location is perfect, main attractions are within 10-15 mins walk. Metro is just outside the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants in the lane adjoining the hotel. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent as well.

The smallest room is a bit small for two. Had trouble managing the luggage. Rest of the rooms are great.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with warmth. On arrival, Ziyad at the reception checked us in promptly and was very informative. The reception staff in general were friendly and helped us a lot regarding travel, location, best places to shop etc. For non Turkish speaking guests like us, they speak English and Arabic. A special thank you to Ziyad, Akin and Ata on the reception team for all their help! The family room we stayed in was a good size with great cupboard space. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was lovely - traditional mediterenean food and our host Filiz in the kitchen was lovely despite the language barrier. The hotel is located within walking distance from everything you need including restaurants, the Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, the Grand bazaar, the bosphorus tours and the egyptian market. There is also a very regular tram located directly outside the hotel. The wifi connection was great and they have a paid airport transfer service. I have stayed at all inclusive resorts and found that my needs were met at this small, yet charming hotel due to the fact that they really engage with their guests. I would definitely stay again if I visit Istanbul in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing to complain about.

This hotel is in the perfect location to see the inner main city. Right outside is the metro, close to monuments and parks and shops. The front desk was very helpful knowing I was a solo traveler- he helped me with my suitcase and places to go and where not to go. He greeted me with such a warm welcome and gave me a room that was a bit more quiet and not facing the busy streets since I had a rough time finding the hotel. I would stay here again for the location and the hospitality that you don't get a lot in Istanbul.

The rooms are really small. But you should already know that from the pictures. No room service or restaurant- however there is always a market or restaurant right downstairs. From the airport to location via taxi - I hope you end up getting a knowledgeable driver because my driver had no idea how to find the location of the hotel since the street ends up getting blocked off by the train. I ended up walking up and down a major busy street for no reason because my driver had absolute no idea how to follow the google map directions. So be aware that you have to get out of the taxi and walk just a few feet to get to the hotel.

If u on a budget and want a hotel with a great location this is it. But dont expect more. It is a 3 star hotel and that is what u get. Staff are pretty good. There is a guy LUTFI, I take my hat off to you sir. He made our stay very comfortable and a good chat to chat to because he understands and speaks English. And most places all of the staff cannot speak nor understand English. Rooms were better than expected I must say. Reviews had it totally wrong.

Don't bother with breakfast as there is not a huge selection. Very basic. But does the job. Rooms are a bit small but most hotels in Istanbul are on the smaller end.

Great staff, friendly and professional; great location and comfortable rooms. Always hospitable and gave lots of value. Most memorablly their suggestions for locations to visit and eat at and their fair price estimates for taxis and other services. (As haggling is common in Istanbul). Mostly the staff were professional and personable which is the best combination. Very trustworthy place.

The tram is right next to the hotel so depending on your room you'll quite likely hear it at night time. The televisions are also a bit finnicky. Also one shower didnt have a door which I found odd. But apart from these small inconveniences the rest of the stay was perfect.

The space of the room is too small

Location, easy transportation very near tram station. Higher floor not noisy. Very clean. Value for money. Friendly staff. Near many souvenier shops. There's 2 small marts. Plenty of ATMs machines and istanbul card machines. Many restaurants nearby. 1 tram station away from hagia sofia and blue mosque, can walk there, about 300-400 meter (?). Can walk to gulhane park. They can help arrange tour, taxi or private transfer. Definitely will stay here again.

There's shortcoming on facilities maintenance but it does not bother me at all. The rest was good.

Perfect location, just few steps from tram stop. Every sights in the city center reachable by foots. (exm. Galata tower around 30 min walk) Comfort bed and pillows. Fast WiFi. Early check in. The ammenities are quite clean. The tram doesn't bother. Satellite TV.

Perhaps the photos of the rooms was taken some time before. The sound proof of the rooms, but it doesn't bother me.

Mohammed and emere was a complete delight from the time ive checked in Mohammad made our stay a very warm and enjoyable experience for me and my family. Emere was really a good lad and always wanted to assist in every way possible. Both mohammed and emere where the stars of the hotel.

I think the deco and lay out of the rooms can be improved.
