Miss Istanbul Hotel & Spa

Perfect location - right in the heart of all the tourist attractions so good value for money for this. I have two food allergies and they made me a fresh breakfast every day without asking which was amazing and so helpful. Staff were always on call if you needed them. Lovely spa facilities (although lots of kids seem to like to mess around in the pool so just be aware of this during peak times, but it didn't bother me). The best part was I had an overnight flight and they let me check in early and have a free breakfast that morning which was really thoughtful of them. Could not fault the service.

Did not sleep very well because other guests were quite inconsiderate and shouting at late hours in the night outside my room (not helped as I was near the lift and the walls were thin). My fault for not reporting this as I kept thinking it would stop so I cannot blame the staff for anything as they were very helpful.

The parking was misleading. On booking first it was written the parking is included. When we arrived first night we parked the car in front of the hotel and they said we need to move it to a car park by 10am. At 9am we had a call from reception to move the car so we had to be quick because they said the police is here. We moved it to a car park and they said we will sort it at checkout. When we checked out the price was €40 for parking. They said to me everything is written on booking. Then when I checked it again was written €15 for 24 hours. So why for 48 hours we paid €40?

Manager mr cinal welcomed us lovely chap who wants repeat custom.will book again in future.breakfast average probably same as others.sauna,steam ,pools and hamam you can use from 11am to 10pm brilliant staff and lovely and clean good job from room cleaning ladies daily replaced literally everything.

When you book without view room it means no window or air which is problem for claustrphobic people or they have a window in inner building with no daily light,air etc.it would help if more info is given as when booking with view or without.

The location is excellent. Easy walk to major attractions in the old city area of Istanbul. We reserved a "family" room for us and our two teenage kids. The room was small but comfortable, with a queen size bed and two twin size beds. Decoration and lighting were great. Mattresses were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. Bathroom was nice, if a little dark. The bidet function in the toilet didn't work as expected since the nozzle was not pointed in the right direction and sprayed water in the gap between the seat and toilet, with water rolling down to the ground. But the shower! We have never had a shower head spray with such volume/force, it was great. Also had the option to use the waterfall overhead shower head. Overall, very happy with the room and the staff. Breakfast is buffet style with a large seating area. Excellent selection of food that was very tasty and well presented. Great selection of breads, olives, cereals, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Sultanahmet area.

There were some tiny ants in the bathroom but not enough to worry about. Not much else that we didn't like.

1.At the description to the room that I had booked said family room with view,but I’ve received a room with 4 beds and no view at all-no window!. 2.You can hear everything that happens on your floor-without sound isolation!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The area is very nice and it is within walking distance of some of the historical landmarks. You can easily get back to the hotel during your day tours and then continue without losing too much time (highly appreciated by families). There are very nice shops, cafeterias, and restaurants in the area. Parking is available for the guests of Miss Istanbul (additional payment, reasonable price). If you want to use public transportation, you can reach the tram stop in less than 2 minutes. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast can be much better. I didn't like it at all. I would definitely skip it next time. For the same price, you can have a wonderful breakfast outside.

it’s a hotel it’s a four-star, but what’s good about it it’s the stuff special. Thanks for housekeeper level three I was in 3109. She is very helpful and full of solutions the reception it’s helpful I forgot their names. Sorry at the breakfast area of the breakfast stuff. It’s a lovely story. That is so helpful they try to please you in the best way they can. Also, I forget the names of the ladies, but they’re all perfect thank you MISS ISTANBUL

The staff is very helpful

The location is superb which is walking distance to Grand Bazaar and other tourist locations. The staff and hotel manager were helpful and there are good facilities of spa and swimming pool etc. Breakfast is great as well with some changes in the menu everyday.

The rooms are a bit small but not bad for the price and rest of the luxury.

The location was great and the Breakfast was good, but the Arab customers did not enjoy the Arabic channels on the TV. There were not many Arabic channels on the TV.

The location of the hotel is excellent.. Steps away from Gulhane tramway station, where the T1 line can take u to many places in Istanbul.. The facility was great and u can find everything u need..

Staff was normal and cold.. They would help if u ask them for something.. But they will never take the initiative and offer to help u.. I met the owner and he was a vey sweet and helpful person.. He even invited my and my family to turkish coffee and delights.. And he insisted on making my room ready to check in 2 hours earlier
