Outstanding staff (attentive, friendly, going above and beyond what’s typically expected in hospitality), wonderful aquapark, excellent food… and breathtaking view (palm side)

Very expensive stay & board (as expected), but the additional stuff (beverages, food, game room etc) and also super pricey… I would expect that if you pay over $1k per day (half board, Imperial Club) you wouldn’t have to pay close to $10 per bottle of water on the beach.. but the again, this is a luxury hotel, not a „value for money” hotel, and it delivers on this spectacularly, hence 10/10

The aquarium was amazing , aquaventure waterpark was the best water park we been to Room was ok ,the pool and beach area view to the palm hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is 5 star it has so many different variety

I booked a ocean view room They gaved me a parking and tree view facing on the second floor , I went to change it and they gaved me a 10th floor ocean facing room but not facing the beach so just a heads up you better request for what you want or else they give you crap rooms , first photo was the parking and tree facing , the room is so dark you can hardly see the ocean , second photo is the room they changed me to, not the greatest but at least they did

I have returned back to the Atlantis Hotel, my stay has met all my expectations in every area, breakfest, the water theme park the new water rides and the overall room ambiance, As a loyal and valued customer I will return. Atlantis always lives up to my expectations. Howeever as a loyal guest over many years i should be given some preferential rates when booking. thank you

not much I can complain about as all the staff that provided me with a service was excellent.

1-I like the facility 2- the stuff were helpful 3- design and structure was amazing 4- the room service cleaning the room to wise a day as well as no hotel clean the two times per day but the atlantis he’s did it 5- all the gust join water park and aquarium is free it’s difficult to find other hotel to do that 6- for the water park towel and shoes are free and water from the are unlimited and free 7- i will back soon as possible 🙂

Room was spacious with an amazing view of the Palm island, The room facilities cater for all the guest needs. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices with high quality ingredients. The hotel has alot of attractions and activities with Aquariums all over the place full of wonderful creatures. There is also the wonderful beach and swimming pools.

I didn't like the way the security guards keep on stopping the guests and asking them if they are guests. one of them was very rude to the guests.

Good day. The main reason to stay here is the services and a tone of things you can do together with your family. I'm not telling just about the aquapark but also the fact that even when you think that your kids are old enough to have a 30-40 minutes of self walk, as a parent you will be nervous anyway, but in here you can just eat your meal and fell very safe. Food is on a high level and btw, one of not that many places where you can read "Add perfect breakfast" and some people don't do that. Well this is the place you must do that.

Very child friendly, beautiful & loads of activities. The hotel is too busy yet there is always someone to help you.

Waiting in a queue for the lift to go to our rooms but again it was NYE. Our room was so noisy on NYE also.

The money was worth the value for my birthday staycation with friends last Sep 10-12. My room was originally got 1 king size bed but the receptionist Mustafa upgraded it to 2 queen size room with an amazing view of aquarium, sea and waterpark and allowed us to extend our check out time til 1PM! All the staffs were amazing and very attentive to our requests - from Valet to room service! The selection of restaurants for our half-board were really great! You don’t need to go far! Apart from that, my stay has an inclusion of complimentary access to Aquaventure and The lost of Chambers that really entertained us. Also, they’ve got a really nice pool to chill, beach and strong internet connection wherever we go! Too bad we didn’t managed to try their gym as part of our complimentary so can’t say much about it. Totally satisfied and also thank you so much for the complimentary cake!🎂🧡

we stayed at the hotel for two days, the check in time was 3pm but they allow us enter the room after 12pm and the luggage already sent to the room. we can access the adventure park for free before checked in and after we checked out the last day. All the staff are very friendly and caring. My family had a very nice stay here. Definitely recommend to others especially the family with children.

I was seriously impressed with the Atlantis. We booked a club queen room for a family of four (children 2 and 4) and it was very spacious. The imperial club is well worth it. Staff are superb and the breakfast/afternoon tea and happy hour are great. It was 50:50 as to whether we did half board but opted against it on the basis we would have a couple of meals away from the hotel. It’s worth noting you only get dinner included in half board (you can’t pick either lunch or dinner) and so if you end up having a large lunch, it’s a bit wasted - club has plenty on offer for a light dinner. The hotel itself is incredible and we felt very safe and secure the whole trip. There is roaming security and the lifts are watched, but it’s certainly not invasive. The aqua park and pools have life guards everywhere - one at the top and bottom of each slide - so we could sit and watch our eldest run around the slides and knew she’d be safe at the top and bottom. You also enter and exit at the front of all the kids splashers zones so there’s no back exits your child can accidentally wander off into - it’s very well designed. I’d recommend going into the aqua park at opening, picking a tower and having a few hours before retreating when the crowds come in. Utilise the shuttle buses as they make life a lot easier. I do think the staff and service made our trip, especially in the imperial club. The whole set up certainly made for a relaxing trip which is hard to come by with two small children.

The club queen rooms don’t have a balcony as you have the space for an extra bed in lieu of the balcony square footage compared to a club king. It’s a Juliet balcony instead, so good views but no seating. This wasn’t really clear on booking. My only other feedback would be that bottles of water should really be included in the hotel restaurants given it’s free in the club and you get lots in the room. Maybe some water fountains would be handy? To be honest I’m nit picking as there’s really not much to dislike!
