The property is clean and the staff are very kind . Mr.Abdulraham at the reservation desk and his manager who i forgot his name where very kind and very supportive . The breakfast was just AMAZING ! . The hotel vibes is very natural and chilling !

It was so strange that we were asked to pay for one of the pools tho we are already staying in the hotel . This is totally unacceptable since we already payed for our stay in the room and to use the hotel facilities . The very nice respectful lady working on the front desk at the pool informed me that this is MANAGMENT directives and this is only for the weekend . If managment wants to utilize the pool for making pool parties or whatsoever , then they should not apply this on the hotel guests or at least should mention this on all their booking sites to inform the guests prior to booking their rooms .

The access to the beach, the beds are comfortable but the pillows was not, the location is good, the staff treats us very good. It is a family friendly hotel but be aware there is beach club next to the family pool with alot of druk people 😅

The breakfast is baaaad, the beach full of rocks, the pool is small and not clean, my husband and my daughter got sick next day of using it. The kids play area is very small, you can hear every foot step out side the room and i am not a light sleeper

the music at the pool, it's unbearable on weekends. We asked to lower the volume, they did not want to so we had to move to the other side of the compound. We wont return

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and extremely caring, helpful and showed initiative. For example, we received a call to our room right before checkout to ask if we wanted our bags collected. The concierge grabbed our valet ticket and the car was ready once we checked out. Surprisingly, this is the first time in three years living in Dubai (with many staycations) that a Hotel has gone this far to make our stay convenient in this way.

On weekends, you have to pay 100dhs per person to use the main pool (which has a bar). Otherwise, you have the choice of the free family pool. As guests, I feel like we shouldn't have to pay extra to use any of the Pools. Payment should be charged only to people that are only there for the Pool day.

The room the Staff except the pool reception (Fluid) the value for money. Mr. Ahmed in the reception was really helpful also i want to thank Mr. Mena the manager for his support.

The Fluid (adult pool area) the guest is not allowed to occupy the sun beds beside the pool .. they stated that it is reserved and when you try to take one they will tell you that is reserved and you have to pay 400 AED per person. the whole day the sun beds are empty not occupied .. if u want to stay on the pool you have to choose one of the sun beds on the beach and walk all the way to the pool.. that facility should be accessible for all hotel guests . I hope the hotel management will consider this issue because it is really annoying.

We truly enjoyed our stay mainly thanks to very friendly and professional staff. Absolutely exceptional professionalism demonstrated by Tamar Robinson left a mark on all our family. His attention to details, readiness to assist, friendliness were the best examples of what hospitality is. We hope to have a pleasure meeting him again.

The beach is covered with lots of little stones, which makes it hard and painful to enter the water. There are no barrier nets at the beach either. the music is too loud.

it was a great finish of our business trip to Dubai special thanks to duty manager Mr Mina we’ve been requesting for a late checkout because of the flight and he made it possible! Staff have enveloped us with the support and care location was good, great beach club, good food, clean stay, new modern hotel

the Indian lady at the front desk during check in was not friendly, not professional, disrespectful and arrogant! once she has investigated that we are going to stay just one night she was so disappointed and didn’t even hide it. I was so surprised to face this in Dubai I still have a bitter aftertaste due to her behavior Loyalty starts from the first experience and could last long time or not depends on the person of the customer service please note this for future quality assurance and control

i don’t know from where i should start but i will try to make it as beneficial as possible: 1- excellent location (10 minutes away from shaikh zaid road) and away from all the hustle and bustle. 2- excellent quick vallet parking (free of charge) 3- amazing reception staff and easy check in, check out. The staff were so helpful all the time especially Catrina. My flight was late and i was able to stay until 1 o’clock free of charge. 4- extra large sweet with balcony and amazing view. The sweet was modern, clean, well prepared and equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine and that was great for me cause i had my 2 years old child with me 5- adult, family and kids pools, kids club and outdoor kids play area which was highly appreciated by my little one. 6- Al Nakheel mall was just 10 minutes drive where u can find whatever u need. 7- the breakfast was excellent

i had no issue with this but if u r planning to stay any where in dubai palm then u have to rent a car as it is a bit difficult to get a taxi during rush hours

It was our first time in Dubai and traveling with a young family, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Brilliant location by the sea with views of the Palm with a well maintained private beach and a kids swimming pool well manned all the time with lifeguards. The staff were very friendly and helped us with an early check in and a early morning checkout. Lovely experience and we’ll love to come back

Beach access was charged (should have been informed on check-in and given the option to purchase the access, its embarrassing to be asked for money on the beach as I am about to place my towel on the sunbed) Loud music is a little annoying, could hear the base inside the room, no need for such loud music, should play lounge music, people would like to relax? its not Ibiza or is it?
