Very good hotel to stay and relax,value for money new Hotel clean and very good service , Night Manager in Reception Mr.Aruj is very friendly and hospitable. Make you feel like second home. I will come again

I liked the clean and spacious rooms, the staff were super helpful and polite.

The food in the restaurant were too dry for my liking, I complained several times but the chef didn't improve on the dishes.

I was on a business trip to Dubai, I didn't visit Dubai for shopping or sightseeing PLEASE consider this when you read my comment. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, NO hidden and strange charges to pay when you arrive there, and the room was very clean and very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ok, and the gym is very good, clean, and well equipped. The hotel is located in a very quiet "really quiet" and remote area, so it's perfect for relaxation and business trips "which was exactly what I am looking for". There are a lot of parking slots, so if you have a car there you will not have any issues with the parking at all and it's included with the room "It's better if you have a car there considering the hotel location". The receptionist lady "Unfortunately I forgot her name" was very clear in explaining the details of my staying, very professional and she managed to get me a good rate since I have a long stay with them "Special thanks to the hotel management". I have stayed there for almost 2 months for business and overall it was a really good experience for me and I will go back to this hotel again when I visit Dubai. Special thanks to the reception staff, the housekeeping staff, the security staff, and the hotel management for the nice experience I have there.

The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel is the restaurant, I believe they can do better on the breakfast and the dinner menu, but to be fair, the price of the meals in the hotel restaurant is cheaper than the other restaurants in the nearby areas. This was not a very big issue for me since I know Dubai very well and I know all the good restaurants there.

The staff were professional, very kind and helpful. I had great help from Ms. Devlaxoni and Mr. Akslay. thank you both for the support. it’s located 3 mins away from the Dubai international Academic city, it’s the best choice for students, the facility is new and the prices are reasonable.

I'd like to give a special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, who was outstanding, courteous, and always willing to help, even with matters beyond his job scope. The hotel's location was convenient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Dubai. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were also top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. It truly exceeded my expectations.

I enjoyed my stay so much I was so comfortable and so happy it felt so amazing the room and the design everything was perfect, and beautiful it felt homey.

I didn't like that you can't have more than 1 guest and if you do you have to pay for them to have another room that was not among the policy and it should have been written and told when booking and also I was told my room was not big enough to have a guest and that it's for only 1 guest which does not make any sense because the room was big enough and it wasn't like they where going to stay with me. It's my room that I paid for and I'm allowed to bring 3 guests It's not an issue. My guests had to leave after coming from a far place which was heartbreaking and rude.

I was very impressed by the staff and service, particularly in the restaurant. The hotel had a regular bus service and taxis were quickly available for trips into Dubai itself at a reasonable price. My room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be given a free upgrade on arrival which was much appreciated. All staff members were polite, very friendly, spoke good English and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have some form of entertainment in the evenings. There were no facilities for children or teenagers although this was not an issue for me.

The hotel staff coming from the Reception to Ms. Evita and Mr. Renz were very polite and helpful with every question and assistance I needed during my stay. The restaurant staff is very helpful with their guest needs. The restaurant offers a wide choice of food variants. Overall the facilities were excellent.

Given the property location is far from the Downtown area, there are available RTA buses near the hotel but with time schedule and taxi. But overall, it was a great stay. I recommend this hotel if the guest is not picky with regard to the location and looking for relaxation and a peaceful stay.

I travel all the time and see lots of hotel operations all over the world, this place has the look and feel of a US-style four star. Clean, well decorated, excellent staff, very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The reason it's such a bargain is that Academic City is a pretty long ways from the city center. I think this place has been built to service the needs of people involved with the various aspects of the higher education that Dubai is trying to build out here. The area is actually pretty nice in its own right. Very quiet at night, you can hear crickets. There are beautiful bike paths around the different universities. Close by there is a shop that stays open until 2AM where you can meet interesting students and faculty from around the world.

It is super far from downtown, a bus does come right by the place, but that is almost 45 minutes or so into town. That is basically the only downside and explains why the price is so affordable.
