Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis

Everything was perfect, parkings to the reception to the rooms, the room is clean and tidy and comfortable that i slept more than my usual sleep. breakfast was the best ever that i kept paying for it every morning while i only got the room without breakfast, i love that there is an option of paying for breakfast if the room doesn’t include it. I always walk outside in the morning, the walk was amazing, the location is great because its beside that huge park and the sunrise while doing cardio from there is unbelievable. the hotel was 6 minutes away from my university, easy drive and not much pressure, rooms were quite that i could study without issue. Thank you and expect me in other branches and this one too, perfect in everything.

1- Gym was so small but putting the size of the roof in mind its okay. 2- I asked for someone to help me pick up my luggage but they replied to me with “ there is no staff for luggage “ or something of that meaning, they still helped me out and sent someone, it’s just that it would be a lot better if there is someone who’s there to only help with the luggage.

It has the most comfortable bed I've ever seen, This is not my first time in this hotel, but the greatest thing about this hotel is the staff team especially Mr. Nelson and Mr. Asanke in the reception, are truly a great example in hospitality. I have never been disappointed every time I visit the hotel because of their excellent hospitality and classy behaviour, I also would like to give a special thanks to Mr.Ali and Mr. Amit in Housekeeping for always being attentive they provided me a great service with smiles all the time during my stays. surely I recommend this hotel.

What can i say nothing but Excellent service from start to finish, id like to say a Massive Thank you to Saeed @ check-in, fabulous service and a very warm welcome towards me and my family much appreciated Sir. Id also like to say a warm Thank you to the Service manager Zankrit who helped once we left the Hotel, Unfortunately due to my own fault i'd left some money inside the Hotel room safe, He called me promptly and arranged for the funds to be return back to me. Thank you for your Honesty Guys from Room service through to the entire Staff and management, i'd also like to say a Big thank you to the staff downstairs @ the breakfast Services, every morning we as a family were greeted with a lovely warm smile ( the Highlight of our Stay ), The Breakfast was always Fresh and plentiful. The Premier Inn Silicon Oasis Deserves a 10 star I'll Definitely be returning to the magnificent Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis Hotel.

Very good value for money - the staff is very friendly - the restaurant serves excellent food - the AC in the rooms run very quietly - there is underground parking upon availability.

Our room located opposite a service/storage room. Regardless what time of the day, this door is used a lot and is not closed smoothly and quietly! It falls banging on and on and on! Super annoying especially middle of the night or early morning. We mentioned it several times but issue was not solved. Make sure your room is NOT located opposite one of these rooms.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, lovely and we appreciated the new modern furniture such as the smart tv, the super comfortable beds and bedsheets, and carpets etc were new and fresh. I liked the lively atmosphere downstairs including the two excellent restaurants. The food was brilliant. I liked the little additional touches like coffee machine and vending machines. The location is brilliant too. I must add that the STAFF made the stay very pleasant, I especially would like to give a special shout out to the reception staff NELSON, who was so very helpful.

I didn’t like the windows, they are just odd, not big or small and rectangular that greatly reduce the charm of the room. We had to move from first room because there was no view, felt like a hospital. The windows need to be more modern and bigger in shape and style. The second thing I did not like is the bathroom. It was the typical minimal premier inn bathrooms that remind you that this is more geared towards business. The shampoo dispenser etc was cumbersome, showering in tub is just not ideal and overall not good positioning.

Staff is very friendly and helpful - the restaurants serving excellent food with 20% discount for hotel guests - it’s simple but clean and good value for money. Underground parking upon availability. The AC operates in very quiet mode - that’s great!

The bathroom basin was blocked and even asking maintenance to fix, it still remained same issue. We asked for quiet room but unfortunately there is service room just opposite where the door falls too often making banging sound 😖

is quite noisy, not the hotels fault but there was surrounding noise coming from the streets also in the hallway, other guests seemed to be making noise. one thing I didn’t like was that a little before checkout time the front desk called to see if I wanted to extend my stay, it was like they were insinuating that we were late to check out. even when I said I was coming down shortly she still seemed confused. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never had this happen even when I have checked out a little after check out time. I actually then felt awkward when I went to checkout at the reception.

The hotel staff very helpful during my check-in process. The location near from many restaurants and convenience store. Spacious room with unique scents and clean. I never waiting more than 30 seconds for elevator. There are two vending machine for snacks and drinks at the lobby.

The location is quite far from the nearest bus stop. We need to walk for another 11 minutes from hotel. The only way to get fastest transport is by using Careem - Hala Taxis.

It’s an amazing value for money! Surprisingly good for a 3 star hotel. Everything is up to highest standards, yet it’s really affordable. The rooms are spotless, with large beds and a desk to work. The parking is not too busy, the check in/out is always quick, and the stuff is really friendly. Special thank you to the receptionists Nelson and Dali, who are ready so handle any request. I am staying every week for work and I am very much satisfied.

For me everything was good, as I traveled for work. Just a note for tourists: the area is super quiet, and you will need to explore somewhere else to go out or party. There is a shuttle bus operating though.

The hotel is a descent one. it is not luxurious, yet its simplicity, services and its staff make it exceptional

I do not recommend the dinner for room service, I bought once, it wasn’t that delicious, the Chicken Biryani, the rice was cold, the juice I paid 20 AED for a juice which was supposed to be fresh yet it was the one served during breakfast (the one prepared with a powder I think) well from that day I used Talabat, so better to have lunch or dinner out.
