- walking distance to shops and restaurants. - within 5 minutes of relatives so great location for us. - liked that owners provided information in advance so you didn’t have to worry about making contact once you arrived.

- picture of outside does not match the property and house numbers differed in communications making it confusing to know exactly where to go. - maybe it was just time of year but local establishments had very loud parties and attendees were very raucous on leaving in the early hours. not fault of apartment but something to consider if peaceful uninterrupted sleep is required.

Well equipped and comfortable. Very good value, comparable price to a room in a travelodge but with all home comforts and conveniences, having a fully equipped kitchen was the main draw for me.

Clunky interface between your booking.com website and app. So many emails and chats just to get basic info. Not a slick process at all. Compared to Airbnb it was a horrendous user experience. I also didn't appreciate being charged £39 more for booking via your app than the price quoted on your non-functioning website.

Very hot weather so we had to leave windows open -as a result we discovered a very noisy social club next door (late night karaoke and noisy patrons leaving it) Flaky DIY in bathroom Towel rail and toilet roll holder were loose and the towel hook/rail kept jamming the door when you tried to close it

The details on the booking site could be a bit clearer. According to the apartment number I thought was booked, when I checked the website it appeared to be 2 bedrooms and also had a bath but this wasnt the case.

All the facilities were great (bar the hoover).

Not being able to have instant communication with staff- verbal communication would have been great. Not really a fan of the virtual chats. Internet did dip out few times and I would have prefer a login for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Hoover was not the best and did not really pick up anything which was frustrating especial with a child.

easy to get into. clean, enough space, reasonable facilities. netfix and internet were good.

The local club that drunken people came out of making a noise. a kid running up stairs at midnight. single bed was pretty narrow.

Exactly as pictured and described. Very nice, felt fresh and well maintained.

Parking was a bit tight but not really a problem.

Reached all expectations

The instructions for obtaining the key turned out to be unclear but resolved by a couple of calls to the team.

Was welcoming, clean and tidy.

Vial smell in stairwell to property. (Unfortunately coming from another property)

Clean, comfortable and perfect location. Excellent communication to ensure comfortable and happy and quick to resolve any problems.

Chalky kettle, however this was dealt with promptly when raised and although no one could come in to the apartment due to COVID we were given some descaler which made a huge difference.
