Room had good facilities and was clean, with very comfy beds. Nice location with plenty of grass around the motel, and a bin on the corner, so very suitable for my dogs. Staff very helpful and were happy to find space in a fridge for my chilled items and in the freezer for my freezer blocks.

Quite hard to find when we were coming up from Havant but easier when we came direct from Folkestone on the way back. No food on the premises and the service station Costa across the car park didn't sell proper cooked breakfasts so we had to make do with a bacon bap and a toastie for breakfast. Would be nice to have the option of breakfast at the motel, even if only a buffet style with croissants, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurts etc.

Lovely room, dry clean, good bedding and towels. Located next to busy A34 on a service station but room very peaceful and no traffic noise. Food outlet on service station site. Reception was stocked with extras and receptionist was very good. Room was well appointed with hot drink making facilities and toiletries and TV and luggage rack. Decor, bed linen and towels were good quality. Lots of wild rabbits outside to view which was an added bonus. Would stay again.

Bathroom door had warped and would not close. Cover of the emergency pull cord in bathroom that covers the electrics had become detached at the ceiling and was exposed to steam from the shower. The PAT testing was out of date on all on the portable electrical appliances in the room. Last inspected June 2021, marked for 12 months inspection next due June 2022. Date of our stay was 31 07 2023. One of the three pin plug sockets used by TV was damaged. The toilet was leaking from the water inlet and caused the bathroom floor to be covered in water. Toilet leak was reported to the cleaner in departure as repair was urgent if the room was to be relet and also to explain why wet towels were covering bathroom floor. She politely listened but did not seem surprised.

The property appeared to be cleaner and better maintained than when I stayed there a couple of years ago. The opportunity to enjoy a good bath, which I did. Plenty of hot water. Great location, being next to the services on the A34 👍 Easy to check in, even easier to check out..Just drop the key into "The Key Drop Slot" 👍 Good Quality Linen, Towels and Bedding. FREE WiFi Good Blackout Curtains. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Friendly Helpful Staff 😁

Staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the services were awful, a half empty WH Smiths and the worst MacDonalds it's been my misfortune to go in. When I went into Maccas I was the 3rd person in there waiting, it took a good 12 mins for anyone to get anything, mine was 15 mins at least and I got a half full box of chips, a quarter pounder with cheese that tasted nothing like any I've had in 40yrs of having them and the driest chicken mayo burger I've ever had. I'd recommend the hotel but eat before you get there.

Very helpful, ' bendover backwards' staff. Clean room, airy too....so not overheated like some hotels. And pleasant surroundings of the Hampshire countryside (there was reasonable distance and good screening from the A34 too, so we were not bothered by traffic noise )

But the helpfulness of the staff was partly triggered by the fact that I got locked in the loo in our room ! 😲. So you had to come and use force and suitable tools/equipment to let me out. But we were admirably compensated for our problem. Vouchers for breakfast at MacDonalds/Costa.....so thank you for this....and for your help in a tricky situation

The price was a very good value for money for a family room with young children. Zoe at the reception was really nice and both our daughters got an unexpected present (very nice present thanks you they loved it). The place was very warm and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are a bit outdated but at this price it is the only downside. However, we will use the chain again as it is a good value for money

I had a pet and there is a good area behind the hotel to walk a dog

Having to pay extra for a dog although £10 is not excessive like other hotels, however the charge should be a one off for a pet or pets and not per pet. The charge is for a deeper clean, in which case the amount of pet's should not matter within reason. A deep clean is a deep clean and therefore if you have two well behaved dogs it should not be doubled as the level of cleaning is the same.

The receptionist and security man were lovely and welcoming. Rabbits on the grass outside. We crept passed them so we didn't disturb them. Plenty of parking spaces, and close to a Coffee shop, so able to quickly grab something before going to bed. We were only there for a few hours as we had to leave in the middle of the night to go to Bournemouth airport. What we loved was, all rooms are on one level.

It was good location, and good position of the room, maybe next time I can use a room on the back of the building as I could hear some noise from the trucks starting off from the petrol station, otherwise hotel inside very quiet and comfortable, Thank you

There was an electric charger outside the nearby Costa After we checked out, we realised we had left a valuable item in the room. We rushed back inside to discover that 1) the cleaner had already been in the room and 2) the cleaner had found the valuable item & was running with it to reception. Great service & honesty! McDonalds nearby for breakfast
