31 Queens road met all our expectations. It was very comfortable and clean with all the facilities that you would require . Albeit there were covid restirictions the hosts made sure that all our needs were met. It was a really nice place to stay providing parking permits for the duration of the stay, thereby alleviating any pressure with regard to finding suitable parking. Breakfast arrived on a tray which contained all manner of item which were more than sufficent in providing a hearty meal with which to start the day. The price of our stay was comparable to other premises and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this bed and breakfast on any future vists to winchester.

There was nothing to dislike about this accommodation.It has everything you require.

Very clean, generous breakfast delivered to your door. Good parking. Did the job for a 1 night stay (we were going to a wedding nearby).

We mistakenly thought we'd booked a hotel - this is very much a B&B and think that should be clearly stated. Bathroom was very small, decour dated and sound travels very easily.

It was a tray continental breakfast left at our door. I dont know why, I dont know if they usually have a dining room but there was plenty of choice and it was all very nice.

We would have preferred a dining room but we did enjoy our breakfast and it was quite nice to be on our own actually.

The property was in a reasonably convenient location, a brisk 15 mins walk from the town center with added bonus of free parking. The room and bathroom although compact were very clean. Due Covid the hosts have chosen not to meet guests in person however communication via phone/text worked well and the delivery of our Continental breakfast to our door was spot on time each morning. Overall a pleasant stay, and we will definitely revisit

Minor things really. Our room was as described, compact ! barely enough room for the 2 of us and our luggage with not enough storage space for clothing etc particularly if you intended to stay for longer than a couple of days. The bathroom although describe as private was over the landing, it didn't appear as anyone else was using it, there was another occupied room on our floor which may or may not have had an en-suite ? Given the size of our room, we would have like to have had our breakfast in a dining room and a cooked one would have been nice but none of the above is a deal breaker

No.31 is in an ideal location to explore central Winchester and the surrounding area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was very, very good and the parking permit provided by our hosts meant that we could park up without any parking concerns.

considering the worry of covid the owner worked very hard to keep us feel safe. The rooms were very clean the breakfast was excellent as was the general service

I had not realized the size of the room nor the private bathroom. I would have liked more room and an ensuite but we wanted twin beds and had booked late. The service was great considering no 1-2-1 allowed The breakfast was excellent Any problems were delt with immediately

Comfortable. Very clean. Lots of nice little touches, like personalised notes and good toiletries.The COVID "NO FACE TO FACE" contact with staff works well, up to leaving the breakfast outside your door. The breakfast was nothing short of sumptuous. Parking convenient.

I was alone in property but had the impression that there were other rooms in which case the bathroom would be shared - although there is washbasin in the room. I was sent an outdated code for the outdoor key box and had to call to get the right code.

Room is very clean, beds comfortable, host friendly, many food options for breakfast and well prepared. The property is close to Univ. of Winchester and its environment is nice. One bus takes us to the downtown of Winchester.

Very few stores close to the property.

Amazing value, croissants, 2 cereals, , yoghurts, cafetiere coffee, tea fruit juice, yoghurt , cheese, 2 types of fruit and a probiotic drink. Toast is also included but I had an early start so the above was left outside my room a long with a cooler bag for ice cold milk for my cereal.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was very well presented and the breakfast really good. The owner was extremely helpful and kindly agreed to print out a parking permit for the Fair I was working at the next day, which went above and beyond and was hugely appreciated! Many thanks, if I work the same UCAS Fair next year, I would definitely book to stay here again.
