You are always greeted with a smile and they love the dog. Great size rooms with everything you need. So convenient for access to the motorway and a range of places of interest in Somerset. For the first time I had to go down to reception and ask for tea and coffee for the room, none left. No hassle they willingly gave me what I needed. Little gift for the dog(treats and poop bags)

On our first night Staff warned us that a glass had just been broken in the bar area so to be careful, the next morning at breakfast we have to sit in the bar as we have a dog, but several large pieces of glass were still on the floor. Told new staff on duty they cleared it.

The bed was extra wide & very very comfortable, shower was brilliant, liked the fact that I didn't just have to stand under it I could use it as a hand held shower for washing my hair, The staff were very friendly & helpful, our allocated room was as far from the lift as it could be, on opening the door the room was not yet ready, so the staff said to go back to reception, a different room was allocated right opposite the lift, which was great as I have mobility issues.

Paying for parking as it is free at Premier inn if you are staying there, not enough disabled parking spaces for the size of the hotel, Hair on the side of the sink in the bathroom, obviously an oversight as the hotel was very clean, looked like mold on the top of the walls that weren't painted meeting the ceiling

The room was really nice, quite spacious with a comfy bed, TV and a spacious shower as well. Surprisingly nice for the price.

The breakfast - we arrived at about 8:30, there was no pastries, no butter and no coffee cups left. And as a lactose intolerant person, I could only have bacon and toast. Which wasn't great. No nutella, no jams other than a wobbly strawberry. Wouldn't book with breakfast again, not worth the cost. The view from the room was quite miserable. The location, when heading out for dinner, had to drive for like 20mins, because there's nothing a walking distance away.

The manager / duty manager honoured the price paid and confirmed via email despite a mix-up from booking.com that would have resulted in an additional fee on top of the expensive (but clearly communicated) car parking additional fees that would have bumped up the price for one night stay by almost 50% in fees. No fault of the hotel but it was a very kind gesture. Thankyou from me and Benji the chihuahua. It's also fantastic that pets are allowed. We struggle with hotels due to being permanently attached to our dog, so now I know ibis are cool with pets, I'll be staying at more.

Though the additional fees are communicated clearly, when considered in total, for a one night stay, they put this hotel in a similar price bracket to other more upmarket competitors. This is not the hotels fault, but something they have to contend with to win custom. I'll be coming back though at least!

The bar staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and ticked the boxes for our one night stay.

On arrival the receptionist wasn't overly welcoming and ignored another customer who asked her a question whilst serving us. A little more detail on where we needed to go or about breakfast would have been welcome and just a friendlier outlook would have left us with a better start.. Minimal tea and coffee., Not really enough for 2 people who want the same drink. A biscuit would be a nice addition that most hotels offer. The parking charge seems unnecessary. There is very little reason to visit this carpark otherwise so is just an unwanted addition to the stay.

your staff were friendly, pleasant and polite. We were greeted this morning with a good morning ! and a smile from Sam at reception and Alicia at front of house at breakfast, Louis the chef was constantly coming out from the kitchen to restock fresh hot food, and greeted us also with a good morning. Breakfast was amazing !!! The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere and the rooms were also spotless, the bed is so comfortable and an amazing hot shower with clean white fluffy towels. Good tea/coffee facilities in the room and a good hairdryer also. The deco is not to my taste but that doesn't matter We had a fantastic nights sleep. we would definitely recommend the IBIS its so quite and restful and the Keepers Bar fantastic. Well worth every penny ! in actual fact I think your too cheap I would of paid more!!!

You couldn't of done more, even your toilets downstairs from the lobby were spotless!

Good location in a quiet area. Light & modern decor. Comfy beds. Nice big double shower. Air conditioning in the room was brill. Dog friendly & they even gave my boy a little goodie bag when we checked in.

There was a white wall in the bedroom that had lots of dirty marks & a suspicious looking yellow coloured splash mark - nothing a good clean & a fresh coat of paint couldn’t fix. Supposed to be twin but the beds were pushed together & no space to walk around them if separated - also I would have been up against the stained wall.

I stay at Ibis Bridgewater at least 4 times a year when visiting family in the area. It always exceeds my expectations. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and the whole hotel has a warm atmosphere. My partner and I bring our dog as well, who is always treated as a VIP. We will always stay here above another hotel in the area. The food is amazing, I always look forward to checking in after a long drive and ordering room service in the evening, having a blissful nights sleep in the king sized bed and waking up to feast on a hearty breakfast. I have to say that for a large brand, this hotel keeps exceptional high standards and I am always shocked at how helpful and comfortable our stay is.
