The location is unique, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the countryside. The castle itself is beautiful and remained very authentic, the gardens and the woods allow for very pleasant walks. It's the perfect place to disconnect.

The hotel is not very well suites for families with babies or toddlers in my opinion, because there isn't much flexibility regarding dining options and dîner time (the only real dining option is formal and not adapted for young kids). The room service is not available to the rooms located in front of the walled garden.

The location was absolutely amazing in every way and the castle reflected the beauty of its surroundings! The food was exquisite from start to finish with the signature Seasgair dining experience an absolute triumph. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were happy to help with anything during our stay.

This is a tough question and I’m really nit picking here. One of the drawers in our room had a handle missing and we couldn’t really get the technology working but that didn’t detract one bit from the experience.

The setting is stunning, the service was exceptional, my suite was very comfortable and the atmosphere in the public rooms warm and friendly so it was easy to strike up conversation if you wished to. The food is amazing. I recommend the dining room. It is beautifully styled as a hotel and I would strongly recommend it over Glencoe House Hotel. The location is great for walking. I came to walk and did some fabulous trailed paths in between Christmas and New Year- including Ben Nevis.

Limited catering for my coeliac wife, despite plenty of advanced warning. Receptionist was somewhat indifferent with the welcome we received, although her attitude did improve over the three days we were there. The way the head waiter spoke to his staff,

Hotel was very pleasant, the French lady, sorry didnt catch her name, at reception, evening and breakfast, was very professional and pleasant. The rooms within the hotel were of very high quality and a pleasure to sit in, plus my bed was very comfortable.

i do believe the evening lounge menu could be more extensive, we dont always want a multiple course meal in the evening so other lounge alternatives would have been better. Having to ask for a drink multiple times and then receiving the wrong drink was disappointing, i would have expected better service, the waiter seem more concerned with the group that was also there than me, he went backwards and forwards to them, to the point i had to go and find him and ask what had happened to my drink.

The location was perfect. A fantastic old building, the rooms were huge. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and large. The staff were all extremely attentive, couldn’t ask for better.

I think maybe a few more options for the evening meals and drinks. We had to go out 2 nights (a taxi was 10.00 each way) we would have liked to stay in the hotel for the evening but could not afford the £125 pp and the drinks were expensive. The evening we did eat in the Michel Roux Jr was brilliant, very special.

It was nice to be able to stay a night in a historic castle.

The breakfast buffet was nice but was difficult to reach items on the cold buffet bar. it was on a large round table and items in the middle were difficult to reach without reaching over over food items. Also did not like the multiple notes before the stay in attempts to up-sell services the castle were providing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was wonderful, beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful, we had an amazing time here. The breakfast was so good, we had the traditional Scottish breakfast, and it was so yummy. We highly recommend this place!

There was nothing we didn't like, highly recommend it!

We had a very memorable stay, castle is stunning and staff very sweet and attentive. Our daughter loved playing domino and board games in the main hall in the evening. Fireplace made it cosy. The wine selection is great too. The sheep are just downstairs from the garden, we loved seeing them so close. We will definetly come back once visiting Scotland in the future!
